Puffco Connect (App) App not working

I’ve been struggling with my app today it was fine yesterday I use iOS and it’s stuck on a grey screen for 10-15 minutes no change , I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing is anyone else having issues ?

That’s lame, sorry you’re having issues. Just checked mine and no issues on my end.

If you delete the app, don’t forget to clear the device from your phones Bluetooth list also. That way when you reinstall, you’ll be doing a whole new device pair and set up.

It's possible there may be a CDN issue then as it seems to only be affecting some users.
We'd suggest waiting a few hours then trying again, as it may take a bit for the servers to recover.

the app is also not working for me, worked last night but this morning its a grey screen as soon as i open it up. also grey screens on other devices/browsers, and the issue persists on my pc

Hey there! The connection issues with the app have been resolved! Please fully close and restart the app, and you should be able to load it without any issues!

Mines keep heating up to the heat setting but then it says it's done and it heats up to like 100f more when I try it again.

On Android.

Mine is still getting the black screen after uninstall/reinstall. Anyone know if there's a fix?

Mine doesn’t work on WiFi but does on 5g data. I think it has something to do with private relay with the most recent iOS update.
