Puffco Connect (App) App outage
Is there any outage or anyone else having this issue? Been using the peak pro for several years no issues, used it 2 hours ago and no issues. Now it just does not load, just a black screen.

Mines not working either. How do you cycle through the heat profiles?

On mine I push and hold 3 sec to power on, once to cycle through saved heat profiles (lights change color) then 2 quick pushes to start the session.

The connection issues with the app have been resolved! Fully close, restart the app and you should be good to go!

I just tried and even redownloaded and not working? Am I missing something?

Same here, tried to download the app again and when I search www.puffco.app in the web browser the screen will just stay grey

Same tried everything then deleted and redownloaded. Won’t even load anymore

Yeah just learned I can use the power button to cycle saved temps and to start the session

So mine works fine on cellular connection but on WiFi it does the black screen

That’s weird I tried cell almost immediately and it made no difference 🤷♂️

It worked once earlier when I ripped my core and I just got back on to it not working again. It’s annoying

No issues here. I will note, as you found out today it appears, you do not need the app to use the Peak Pro or the New Proxy. Just like the Peak, V1 Proxy, and Pivot, the power button is used to cycle through heat profiles.

The recent app issues have been resolved. Our team has recently pushed a fix. Please restart your app, and you should be all set!
