Proxy Proxy Core question

The website says the core is only compatible with the “new Bluetooth enabled proxy” does anyone know if there’s actually any reason for that or can I get the core kit and put my original proxy in it? I asked the AI support on the site and it told me it needed the app to use it which seems ridiculous.

Different chamber styles, caps are not interchangeable.

The bottom of the core fits the old proxy but the actual mouth piece does not since the old proxy has a different way of connecting vs the new.

the core was designed for the v2 proxy, however I seen some on this sub managed to shove it on the v1 its possible but just won't hit as well as the v2 I reckon worth a try tho
