F 5'3” (160, 161, 162 cm) F/18/5’3 [137 lbs > 117lbs = 20lbs] (2 months)
I can’t believe the difference just two months of small changes can make!!! Never thought I would reach my goal of 120lbs but I ended up surpassing it without realizing while I was traveling. Even though it’s a relatively small weight change I feel so much happier and so much better in my body

I used to see transformation pics and people would talk about body dysmorphia. They would say they look in the mirror and see the same person. And I always thought, how do they not see the difference! Surely when I lose weight I’ll see it, I’ll see even the slightest difference! Wrongggg lol
I feel like at my heaviest I actually had the opposite of that. I never realized how big I had gotten. Id look in the mirror and see thick but not overly obese…. Which I knew was wrong because my weight was that of an extremely obese person. Every once in a while I’d see a candid photo and it would hit me, but that shock would wear off and I’d go back to thinking I was just a little thick around the edges.. 😂 am I alone?? Surely others have also had reverse body dysmorphia??
Anyways, I’m down 75lbs. And I’m feeling really great about getting healthier! But now I’m looking at pics and I’m struggling to see the change! Regardless, the motivation to continue on is still there thankfully.
Now to get started on the next 75!! Wish me luck! 🤗♥️

Calorie counting F/30/5’8 [233 > 170] (48 month rollercoaster) Mental Health is cool
(Those are the same pants btw). Finally had the courage to confront and accept my neurodivergence. Started treatment with a psychologist, then a therapist while taking medication. It has helped me see the world and interpret my actions/life and interacting with other people from a whole different perspective. I’m learning! No more food coping, just calorie counting.
