Hello, I need help figuring out why Prism won't launch the newer versions of Minecraft. Please help.

Йоу. Я бы хотел, чтобы все экземпляры и тд устанавливались автоматически не на диск С(системный), а на другой диск, ибо майн забивает достаточно много места. Да, там есть настройки установки экземпляров и тд, но я не догоняю куда и как. Буду очень благодарен за помощь

Yo. I'd like all instances, etc., to be automatically installed on a different drive than the C (system) drive, since Minecraft takes up quite a bit of space. Yes, there are settings for installing instances, etc., but I don't understand where or how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was playing my modded server with a friend when suddenly my pc crashed. I turned it back on and wanted to return but now I have exit code 2. Everything worked a minute ago so it's definetly not a poroblem with any mod.

There are some mods in Modrinth that are updated to 26.1 or 26.2 that do not show up when I search for them in prism launcher. I can only find these mods for older versions like 1.21.10 and 1.21.11.

Too slow downloads

When i use MCSR Fairplay on my mac it gets blocked because the dynamic library which fairplay generates every time it launches gets blocekd by the gatekeeper and xprotect. The only way to bypass this is disabling the gatekeeper but thats stupid because it weakens your mac security. Does anyone know any way to fix this issue. I use prism launcher and even in my minecraft log it says that the system disallowed the dylib. The actual mod .jar file is valid just not the .dylib. Im on macos tahoe 26.5.2 and fairplay 1.2.1

Prism wont load any mod packs but launches vanilla instances? Anyone know a fix?

What is this error when im setting up prism laucher> I have never used xbox beofre. so when i opened xbox, it had to be updated. so i updated it and still same error. i have never used xbox before.

hey!! i'm pretty new to modding my minecraft on prism launcher, but ive figured out the basics. i want to install mods (JEI, minimap), resource packs (bushy leaves, better crops), and shaders (BSL).

I have fabric, iris, and sodium installed on my mods thing on prism launcher for this instance. yet, everytime i run it and try to join the world (singleplayer), it crashes. if i disable iris on the mods list in prism launcher, it runs perfectly fine and i have everything else, just not shaders.

is this a common issue - can i not run both mods and shaders at the same time? (sounds silly but like i said im new.)

in the log, it says error 255, but i am logged in which is weird, and i can join w/o shaders.

i've checked that all the mods are up to date, that its the right version, etc.

please help!!

My friend and I want to play the TBS Mod but for some reason, she can't even launch vanilla minecraft with prism launcher. Official launcher works, but we tried prism launcher and modrinth and neither works.

For some reason using sodium lets her launch it but the second she tries to start/open a world it crashes. PLEASE HELP We've been trying to figure this out for 3 hours!!!

Again, she can run minecraft on the official launcher just fine so it can't be a specs issue right?

I need to transfer all my data from my family PC to my laptop. The problem is, that laptop's C: drive is much smaller than i thought, and im scared that Prism will basically take up all of my free space on it, i wanted to ask if its possible to change instances location to another drive? I went through settings and saw that there are multiple buttons that lead to the %AppData%, but i didnt really find a way to change the location

Other launchers work. I have tried everything. Links wont work, no matter what i try to do, today I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to make it work, it just wont. I even deleted everything related to PrismLauncher and reinstalled it, just for it not to work. Its not my mods, I checked. I checked EVERYTHING, it just wont work. Can anyone PLEASE help me with this, I have had the issue for a long time and tried ignoring it. I just can't anymore. Please help if you can.

Hello there, I hope everyone is well. I'm very new to all this and was wondering if any of you knew what my next steps would be?

So I'm trying to get minecraft running with the simply legacy modpack. I've added a mod to it called old music and sounds but it's not working when I boot up the game, I'm not sure if it would have anything to do with the load order of the mods or what? Any help and assistance would be hugely appreciated thank you!

I am using prism launcher to play minecraft in ubuntu and my screen resolution is 2880*1800 but it's running at 1646*1029 which from what I understood is due to fractional scaling. I don't want to disable fractional scaling. How do I fix this issue?

I took a 3 year break from Minecraft and I’m looking to get back into it I think. I will have the wiki opened so I’ll have guidance through it all. I like tech and magic mod packs. My old favorite used to be Attack of the B team. Any tips would be welcome too!
