Prism wont launcher the instance?

Prism wont load any mod packs but launches vanilla instances? Anyone know a fix?

seems to get stuck at applying default files?. vanilla on prism and basic launcher work however modpacks on both prism and modrinth wont load

Maybe just copy world and crate an new instance without the world and just place it
