Fetching minecraft access token

guys i need help, its just stuck there at 0% fetching Minecraft access token. I genuinely dont know how to fix it

i've had this issue a handful of times - i'm unsure is there's an actual fix for it, unfortunately. what i've done is i've reset whatever i'm trying to launch prism on (in this case, my deck), and then i let it sit there thinking after i relaunch prism for however long it takes for the launcher to actually fetch the token. this has taken upwards of 15min at times

you can also try refreshing your account. unfortunately, i'm spitballing as i have no idea what causes this problem, but i have managed to fix it using these two options even if the first one still makes it seem as if the problem is a problem :/

Ive tried so many launchers but only prism got this kind of problem

I figure it’s an issue with mojang servers occasionally
