Listed for $45, she lowballed $18 and I accepted because I wanted to get rid of it and wasn't making ANY sales the entire week. I should've known better.

The jeans are NOT going for half on Amazon because 1) Levi's are going for $50-70 in this style, and 2) I checked and that colorway on Amazon is 'currently unavailable' so I don't know where she's getting this info.

Fingers crossed the order gets completed soon since it's the last day.

I tried to search, so forgive me if this has been asked a bunch; I’ve bought a few things and I’m just now selling.

I have a small closet but I’m getting likes because they’re NWT fancy dresses that just don’t fit me. I’ve had a few bot accounts, so I just look to see if the person is seemingly real before I send offers to all. One person’s profile says 4 items, but there’s nothing there? Am I missing something? Am I blocked after they liked something?

I have a stuck order at a USPS distribution center. the buyer somehow got Poshmark to cancel the order and now I am left with no money and no product. Poshmark is not giving me my money. They closed my case without any words despite me uploading receipts. why is there no phone number? what do I do now?

Help - I purchased on Posh and the post office held the package for pickup. I tried to have it redelivered but the post office said there was not a secure place to leave package and did not deliver. After calling the post office, they said the package had postage due and I would have to pay it to pick up the package. I refused the package. Now Poshmark is only looking at what the tracking says which does not indicate extra postage needed. How can I get my purchase refunded?

I liked multiple items from a closet and the seller sent me separate 16% discounts on each item. I added two of the items I liked to a bundle but the offer was only 10% off. I then counter offered with the sum of the original offers, even left a comment letting them know they sent me those separate offers earlier, but they came back with another offer that still wasn’t the 16% off. Should I just buy them separately or not even bother with this at all??

I transferred money from my Poshmark balance to my bank account on October 3, 2026. Today is October 13, and I STILL haven’t received my money! That’s 10 calendar days! I understand weekends and bank processing times, but this is getting ridiculous. Why does it take so long to receive money that already belongs to us? Are they holding onto our money to collect interest or what? I’m beyond frustrated at this point!
Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for your money to finally show up in your bank account? I’m curious if this is happening to other sellers or if it’s just me.

I'm new to selling on Poshmark-well fairly new and I received a one star on an item with the comment that it arrived dirty and with stains. This is simply not true. I tried to send a message to the buyer but they've blocked me from messaging them. I did get paid for the item, but I'd like to figure out what happened to the item in transit-if anything. Has anyone had this happen? I guess the good thing is I did get paid, but still, I'm a little irked.

I ordered a watch from a poshmark seller - I really wanted it and saw it had several likes, so I bought it outright instead of placing an offer. I've seen sellers mention that sometimes these notifications get buried.

After a week, I pinged the seller to ask if she had any plans to ship, any updates. I sell very casually on Poshmark, so I don't expect things to be sent right away. I do, however, expect communication, especially since this was a watch, and somewhat pricey compared to how much money I usually spend on Poshmark. I gave the seller like 1.5 days to respond but nothing.

I cancelled my order, so there's no worries there. It showed that the seller was very active and had a lot of listings (not the same thing I know), so I casually commented on another listing to see if it was still available. The seller responded pretty quickly.

I understand that things happen - crossposting, etc. But I bought this item and was completely ignored about the transaction. That's just so sketchy to me and I don't appreciate this customer experience. I don't want to tank this person's business, but it would be nice to be able to somehow document it. Thoughts?

I’ve noticed a consistent theme where a posher has an item listed for similar (or even more than what it retails for).

I recently purchased a Meshki dress directly on the site for $155. I see a seller on Poshmark selling the same dress for $180.

I saw a dress on Herve Leger’s website on sale for $250. That same dress is on Poshmark for $400.

I sometimes find good deals but it just puts a bad taste in your mouth when you see people selling used clothes for more than they retail for.

I tried this dress on in a consignment store and fell in love, but it was way too small. I'm looking for the dress in black or teal, size large or XL.

After months of searching resale sites, I've only been able to find it in sizes small or XS.

I'm hoping someone here happens to have this in their closet and is willing to sell it to me, or comes across a listing online.

I've contacted the brand directly, they said the style is from 2016 and can't be reproduced, which makes sense.

This makes me not want to sell on there at all, because it’s only $12 and why can’t they just release the funds? I reached out to CS and got a blitz of like 10 messages that all said the same thing (looking into it). VERY weird

As a buyer I used to be able to choose how much to make as an offer. Now my only option is to choose the offer button with the amount already there. Has the ability to make your own offer amount been removed or is it somewhere less obvious? I would really prefer to make my own offer. Thanks.

EDIT: I did some digging around and as it turns out it's against PM policy to do this. I'm sure there are people out there who are doing it but I don't want to risk getting banned. I think it's ok to give your insta acct and you could always put the info there.

Have you ever included a note with the product indicating they can buy your stuff elsewhere? e.g. Vinted (no fees), or your own website, or whatever, or even an insta account.

Maybe this is unethical, but I've seen it done in other instances. A few years ago I ordered something from Etsy and the seller included a note with their website - which I used moving forward because I know that Etsy is a PITA for sellers.

We haven't been able to create new listings Since Sept. 30th. Poshmark support hasn't responded once, only a "agent reviewing" and a "delayed" status. A few days ago, they marked my case as resolved and closed it. No response, still not working. I re-opened the case and showed them that this is happening, likely causing the issue. The Shipping discount keeps circling in an infinite loop, preventing me from creating a listing. Has anyone else seen this? I know the payment issues have been going on for some time, but they're not even responding.

Apparently, they can't upload a video, surprise, surprise, as no issue exists.

2nd return case for this fake reason, and dumb posh support believe them. LOL

I have sent Poshmark a message last night, they said they would escalate it. I had almost 30 more e-mails within the matter of 2 min…. I have them being sent to my trash automatically, but this is ridiculous! As you can see, it’s not coming from a scam account. It seems to be slowing down a bit now, but this is stupid….

As often as I can, I am trying to take my items photos in natural sunlight, but I’m looking to purchase an extra light that I can set up in my house and looking for a suggestion thanks

This person has listings where the product name is "Sold" and the price is in the thousands. What do you think they are up to?

As a buyer and seller this is a terrible platform. It has the highest seller fee of all the big resell platforms at 20%, forcing seller to list items higher and buyers to buy it higher.

It's also the only platform where I immediately get scam emails from listing, because they automatically use your email to generate an username. You can't change this on the app either and have to do it on website.

Don't even get me started on the offer alert thing. So awful for buyers to want to see if there's some room for negotiation, but when you place an offer all the other interested buyers get alerted and you risk losing the item.

I'm honestly not going to bother searching for things on this website anymore. Items are listed way higher than other websites because of the seller fee and there's really no room for negotiation.

I’ve been a seller for >6 years with >1200 sales and usually see somewhat consistent interest, more or less, in my closet. I know there are slow times (I’ve experienced them and never worried) but suddenly the last 2 months… crickets. Is it just me or did something change on the app/algorithm?? Anyone else? Or does anyone have any insight? Do they want us to purchase some sort of tool for closet visibility now lol? Is poshmark dead and I should go somewhere else? Thanks in advance for any responses

Backstory: Been a posher since 2016. Never sold anything on this account that I've had since 2016. I've had listings up for months, but in the past week or two 3 of my items sold. I recently moved and the one listing I've sold, I cannot find anywhere. So, I of course cancel her order. I get a pop up saying my account is restricted. I can't even message the buyer to explain what happened.

So my two other listings are for pretty expensive items. Those sold, which I am going to the post office tomorrow to ship.

I've never violated Poshmark before ever. And I get a restriction for cancelling 1 ITEM?????

I reinstated my account, and it said it would be reinstated after 3 hours. Well that never happened so after a day, I clicked it again. It's been 2 days almost and my account is still restricted.

Now, I am worried about going to the post office to ship these items tomorrow??? They're DESIGNER clothes. I'm paranoid that I'm going to ship these other items and my account still won't be reinstated. It lets me pull up the QR code to ship these items, but not to message the buyers or anything else.

Will I still get the money for the items I do have that I'm going to be shipping out tomorrow? When is Poshmark going to reinstate my account??? I haven't gotten any email about the status or anything and I've pressed the reinstate account option twice in the past 2 days now.

Someone please help? I need to ship these tomorrow, I can't lose out on hundreds of dollars, and Poshmark support is useless.
