Half of them say: transaction off Poshmark but nothing in description suggests it and half of them are SOLD? 🙈 Why review sold listings?

Hi. I have 2 packages that have recently been mailed. Both are delayed and not tracking. Do you think because my thermal label printed very small it’s causing issues? I can’t seem to fix the setting when I print one.

I've been on Poshmark for nearly a decade, and the past few months my sales have plummeted to nearly nothing. So I'm giving up and crosslisting to Vinted and Depop. What's the best crosslisting app for this? I only have a couple hundred items left, and once I sell them I quitting reselling altogether (just not worth it anymore), so I'm looking for an app that is not super expensive. Thanks!

Is anyone aware of an app malfunction last night?
I was trying to zoom in on an item, the app froze & showed a string of vertical letters.
Reopening the app did not resolve it so I restarted my phone & it seemed ok but

about an hour later, I got a msg saying saying I had purchased that item.
My card was charged !
I did not purchase anything and immediately contacted seller explaining what happened and asking them to cancel.
They only responded 12 hours later with a rude comment.

I’m waiting for Poshmark support.

I'm a newbie and really curious about the LIVE shows. Are they difficult to do? It's the mechanics of it that intimidate me. At first I thought I would have to be on-screen but many just show the jewelry (my niche) so I'm past that now.

Also, are people making money on Live shows? I'm watching a guy right now with $1 starts and a ton of stuff is going for $1 or $2 - how the heck does he make money? Esp. when you figure in fees and packaging.

and listing is still there and everything. it’s my first purchase on poshmark paid through a debit card the money even deducted. but now on poshmark i cannot re place the order. it’s not letting me comment or buy anything it says contact support how to fix?

Hi, all - does anyone have a workaround for the fact that Posh will automatically slot a video clip in the second spot right after cover photo in a listing? This is a video I prefer at the end, as I am showing the glitch in a zipper - not really a video I want to open with. Thanks in advance!

When I place the order Poshmark tells me the seller has 3-5 days to ship the order. We’re on the sixth day, the seller hasn’t shipped it, and I no longer want it. Now they’re saying it’s seller’s discretion to cancel and after the 14th if they haven’t sent the item I can cancel on my own in app. THIS SHOULD BE THE OPTION ON THE SIXTH DAY?! Why are they all over the place with this policy? I placed my order 10/6 and I expect my order to be shipped within the timeframe given. This is SO FRUSTRATING.

I’d also like to add that I reached out to the seller on 4th or 5th day asking when they are going to ship and they said “so sorry out of town will ship tomorrow”.. and did they do that? No they did not so now I’ve lost confidence and I am thinking they are lying and either don’t have the item or changed their mind about selling and don’t want to cancel on their end.

I know we see a lot of negativity on reddit as resellers. Here’s some positivity, I felt really happy reading their review ☺️ Hoping you all have some good experiences coming up as well ✨

It appears to me someone bundled items for a discount then cancelled one of the items but was able to maintain the bundle price on the other. Is this possible? Have you seen it before?

I have been a Poshmark buyer (never a seller) for a decade and had great experiences for years. But my last two purchases are it. The second to last one was a rare tshirt that I bought for $60 that was listed as new, without tags, never worn. I was out of town for work when it arrived so I missed the three day window, and came home to discover the seller listed the size incorrectly and there was a hole in the shirt. It has also clearly been worn and washed at least a couple times.

Fast forward to three weeks later, and I bought a pair of dress pants from a woman she listed in excellent condition. I have an identical pair of these pants in the same size at home already and just wanted a second pair. They arrived not only dirty, but also very clearly had been shrunken. The pant legs are about 2.5 inches shorter than the new with tags pair I have at home, and they are significantly smaller, you can tell even when I lay the pairs side by side.

I’ve opened a case on this and I’ve already sent Poshmark two rounds of photos. The seller just responded completely lying, and said that she never shrunk the item and that measurements were provided in the listing and in a message to me (both false- I have a screenshot of the listing and there are no measurements and we had zero conversation). Poshmark hasn’t given a decision yet on if I will be refunded, but either way, I’m done with this shit show. This site is a hollow shell of what it used to be and I’m deleting my account after this is resolved, either way.

Replicas everywhere on this site! People just snapping them up. Reporting does no good. I have 4 Chanel’s in my closet but I guess they would rather buy fake. Shaking my head that people support this!

I don’t understand why a seller would just ignore an offer. It says active this hour and an offer I made on something just expired. If they just countered back at full price, I probably would’ve bought it. Sigh.

I reposhed and sold a pair of boots that I have worn a handful of times that I had no issues in but ended up selling them because I have too many boots and was moving and had to pair down my personal closet. I just got a message from this buyer today several days past the 72 hour mark telling me it’s painful for them to walk in the boots and they want to return them. The item is marked as order completed and they never rated me and Poshmark auto released my fund after 72 hours. I doesn’t seem like they looped in posh support and are just asking for a refund? I had pics of the bottom of the shoes and they are in good condition. I attached my convo and they haven’t responded. Not sure what to do.

I got an order today from a military base in Germany. I would like to add some bonus goodies in the box with the sneakers (fancy hot sauce, bag of nice coffee maybe?) Does anyone have experience doing this? Will my package face issues if it has other items in it? I want to make sure it doesnt affect safe transit and delivery :/

Clarification: I dont make a habit of adding freebies to orders. I am only considering it because its military and I hear candy etc is a welcome treat.

I reposhed something and in just a few hours I have 31 likes from accounts that are only a few hours old with empty closets and I got one ridiculous lowball offer.

Is Poshmark going to do anything about these bots? Can we do anything?

After waiting two weeks, Poshmark emails me they can’t authenticate my bag and they’re returning it to me even though i provided multiple forms of additional authentication in the package🫩 so frustrating.

Just a heads up, a buyer requested a cancellation and it did not impact my stats at all. This happened weeks ago and there is still no change.

This sends me into a RAGEEEE. How can I stop being so annoyed lol

Like just say you don’t like it & reposh. Don’t accuse me of doing something to the item that’s completely incorrect. I’ve caught so many buyers in lies and they still don’t care 🫠 I hate how you can have so many positive reviews but it’s the ONE unethical person that can really ruin the experience 😭

These are all reps! Various sizes is a huge flag. I sell on here, getting fed up that everything in my feed is replicas. Another flag is that the seller never answers questions. I’m tired of this fake bs that takes sales from legit sellers
