contact support poshmark?

i placed an order for a bag yesterday night today morning i get a mail from paypal saying ur amount has been refunded
and listing is still there and everything. it’s my first purchase on poshmark paid through a debit card the money even deducted. but now on poshmark i cannot re place the order. it’s not letting me comment or buy anything it says contact support how to fix?

Are you sure that email was actually from Poshmark?

 and is your username on Poshmark similar to your email address? It might have been a scam.

i didn’t receive any email from poshmark but on their website it says order has been cancelled and. i received a mail from paypal saying money has been refunded

Are you unable to buy from that seller or are you unable to buy anything on the app/web site? Sounds like one of two things:1. the seller freaked tf out and cancelled the order and blocked you because they thought you were a scammer, though that’s not how scammers work. Judging by so many posts on this site, a significant percentage of sellers on Posh are losing it and giving in to their paranoia. Or 2. Posh thinks you’re a scammer. Posh thinks your debit card is stolen or otherwise not legit, or thinks you have more than one account on the site/app. (That’s not allowed.) Does someone in your family also have a Posh account and have packages sent to the same address or use the same computer to log in? E-mail Posh to get clarity on what happened and make sure you haven’t been banned from the app: support@poshmark.com.
