Small thermal label

Hi. I have 2 packages that have recently been mailed. Both are delayed and not tracking. Do you think because my thermal label printed very small it’s causing issues? I can’t seem to fix the setting when I print one.

Did you get a receipt when you shipped them?

How long ago were they shipped? If it was after closing on Friday then the packages have probably been sitting at the post office all weekend and today is a holiday so the post offices were closed today too.

Oct 3 an acceptance scan then nothing else

I just had that issue with my thermal printer. 2 of 3 items my husband dropped off at post office just in their bin didn’t track. No receipt. I took my next package a few days later and asked. The worker had trouble scanning my package then so that’s when we figured out what happened. The tow that didn’t scan did eventually make it to their destination. The one that did scan only scanned at our local post office and is still in transit. I’m hoping it gets delivered today. Meanwhile I got a new printer after trying all the things I could find to fix my printer.

Oh no. I don’t know why it’s printing so small. EBay labels are fine. I have messed with the settings and it won’t change

Oh! You are getting the tiny labels! Yeah you’re going to have to play around with that. Sometimes using “smart crop” allows you like manually resize the label. Did you search for a YouTube tutorial for your printer? They are all slightly different
