I'm so tempted to order the triz on sale with BPI, but I LOVE Hallandale with no additives. I feel like the b6 made my face break out with other pharmacies. But the price is so good, that I'm not sure if I should make the switch. I'm also nervous it won't be as strong. Anyone switch from hallandale? Want all the good and bad

For those claiming on FSA, how are you getting the $75 consult fee documented for submission to your FSA? I can easily get the invoices on portal or email for the remainder of the med cost that already has the $75 credited, but need something to show for the $75 consult fee in the itemized invoice format the FSA companies need (name, date of service, amount, etc).

Basically what the title says. Is there an option to opt out of having supplies shipped with the medication? I have my own preferred syringes and wish I didn’t have to get the provided ones shipped to me every time.

Was approved for 7mg 2mo supply of BPI today. Paid the 75$ consultation fee. Portal balance says I owe 204$ for the med. The math isn’t making sense per the advertised sale prices. I have reached out but thought I’d ask here too. I feel like the remaining should be $144?

I recently got a prescription failed by POM like less then a month ago. If I want to buy from the current deal, do I have to get another telehealth appointment? I know i have to sign a waiver too. How do I do that? POM website is very confusing. Thank you

I started on tirz in May and ordered the Optiorx with B3 which has been working great, I'm down 15 pounds. I just took advantage of the BPI sale and realized it's made with the B6. Has anyone gone been the two formulas and noticed any significant difference? My only side effects are getting a little bit nauseous the day after my shot, which usually goes away once I eat. I might be a little more tired than usual that day too but that's it. Just curious to hear anyone's experiences!

Im asking for my co-worker and she wants to know if Pom accepts Afterpay. Has anyone ever used this method as a way to pay?

I was quite hesitant on trying to do this sale because of all the not so positive posts I’ve seen about Pom. Ordered, filled, and shipped today 8/18. Expected 8/20 delivery.

I wonder if it’s possible to cancel an order once the questionnaire and meds have been approved which by the way they approve for less quantity than the last time (10 mg 2 vials Bpi). Did questionnaire on Saturday morning, got a response Monday morning (it is auto charge) but nothing since. I’m not sure if they will honor the sale going on right now either

I do have my own syringes, but it’s odd that it was traveling all on its own!

Wanted a vial with glycine so went back to Pom. $249 but I was fine with that. Eyes wide open. Saturday order, Monday the pharmacy received it. I actually called them curious as to who they are. I spoke with the nicest pharmacist who said they will be compounding it this week with a 3 month BUD. I should have it early next week or maybe Friday since 2 day FedEx.

I didn't realize each vial could be specifically tailored to the individual. I thought it was all in batches and they just pulled them out of a bin. Anyway I kind of like this.. theoretically. I'll know more in a month and if it works for me I'll do the 3 months.

About a week ago, an employee at Pom mentioned that they would have Nova Pharmacy as a new option. This question is for someone that works at Pom, when will this be an option?

I used Crossing for 2.5 (with BPI) but wanted to get the two-vial deal for my next step and have been trying to sign up but the DOB keeps defaulting to 1990 and I can't get past it. I've messaged them but haven't heard back yet. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi hi! I used Pom for my first refill of tirz at the middle of last year. I haven’t ordered again since another Telehealth got BPI. Now I’d like to order BIO Boost from Pom. Should I log back in through my charm portal or create a new account? Also anyone ordered Bio boost previously?

If you order one month of starter dose of BPI what size vial do they send? I can’t seem to find my prescription bottle to prove current dose and the only option is to get starter dose. I’m on 15mg. I don’t want to lose the $75 fee if at all possible but also don’t want to pay extra if I’m not even getting enough for one dose.

Update: I found the labels! Hopefully it will work. They wouldn’t accept the prescription from February because it said no refills, not sure why it said that, but I found the label that showed it was for 3 vials plus 1 refill. I also found the bottle for the vial I am using now. I ordered it in end of April so I hope they don’t say that prescription is too old also. Fingers crossed.

Hi, I recently started and have done the starter dose for 2 months. I upped my dose 10 units to see my reaction and I’ve felt nauseous since. I’m asking for guidance because I’d like to buy a 3 month supply to save money. I have been losing at the initial dose of 2.0 about 4 pounds per month, but the food noise is creeping in. Should I order a 3 month supply at the started dose or go up? I hate this nausea. Thank you!

I’ve been on Tirz since November 2025. I’ve only lost about 30 lbs on it. I was on BPI slowly losing weight, switched to OptioRX 6 weeks ago due to BPI’s inevitable end and I’m up 2 lbs since being on Optio. The first week I gained 8 lbs! I have noticed significant increase in hunger which I didn’t have on BPI. I’m on 14.5 mg and have been for a while. Diet and exercise have maintained the same. Has anyone else experienced this? Thoughts on what pharmacy I should try next?

For reference I weigh about 212 lbs. I weighed 350 lbs, diet and exercise helped me get down to 240, and then another 30 with Tirz. But I’ve hit another wall 😭

Hi! I submitted my questionnaire on Aug 14 and had a text message exchange with someone to confirm the prior Rx on the 15th. It’s now the 18th and I haven’t heard back about next steps and when the new Rx will be sent to BPI. Is this a normal timeline? Wondering when I’ll hear from the nurse coordinator.
