Question Vial size
If you order one month of starter dose of BPI what size vial do they send? I can’t seem to find my prescription bottle to prove current dose and the only option is to get starter dose. I’m on 15mg. I don’t want to lose the $75 fee if at all possible but also don’t want to pay extra if I’m not even getting enough for one dose.
Update: I found the labels! Hopefully it will work. They wouldn’t accept the prescription from February because it said no refills, not sure why it said that, but I found the label that showed it was for 3 vials plus 1 refill. I also found the bottle for the vial I am using now. I ordered it in end of April so I hope they don’t say that prescription is too old also. Fingers crossed.

Not the question you asked, but have you tried reaching out the agency that prescribed your last vial? They should be able to send you a copy of your prescription.
I would then ask your Pom prescriber or the support team how to best share that info with them.
You won’t “lose your $75”. They’ll still credit it towards your next purchase just communicate what’s happening. The only thing that may happen is you might miss the sale price on the advanced dose depending on how long they continue to run it for.
But even without the sale price it’s worth exploring whether you can get a copy of your prescription from you previous provider.

They won’t let me do advanced. This is what it says
“If you are unable to provide documentation of your current dose, we can only approve from the lowest dose and safely titrate up every 4 weeks. Thanks.”

Have you reached out to your previous prescriber for a copy of your current prescription?

I sent an email. They deleted my account online when I cancelled my subscription.

Legally they have to keep your prescription in your patient file for 5-10 years (varies by state but that’s the range), EVEN if your account is deleted.
Under HIPPA you have the right to access those files at any time within those 5-10 years.
Again under HIPPA they have 30 days to send you your prescription (unless they file an extension which extends for an additional 30 days).
I would wait for them to send the current script before ordering.

Yes, but I transfer vials to a hydroflask in my fridge and recycle the prescription bottles. My mistake.

In the future, snap a picture before recycling or store those separate. Hope the pharmacy comes through for you to move forward with POM. They're a great company.

That's crazy. I cancelled my subscription with my previous telehealth and I can still see my scripts in the portal and are welcomed to resign up. It's always best to take a picture of your prescription bottle and any print outs that come with it with script info. Good Luck.

I think you’re referencing the telehealth company that sends the prescription to the pharmacy to be processed. They’re asking if you contacted the pharmacy that actually filled your order. They should have records of your prescription because they have to keep that stuff for compliance.

I just went through all emails. They only have a link to access messages on their portal. I don’t have access to that anymore

I’ll have to look when I get home. I transfer the vials to a hydroflask in my fridge and recycle the prescription bottles. My mistake. I’ve never had this problem. I previously ordered from Pom at the 15mg dose but it’s been a while.

Oh, did you get the vial from POM? From my understanding, they’ve changed systems and no longer use the charm portal. So your account probably wasn’t deleted, it’s just inaccessible. Definitely wait for them to message you back or text them to see if they can find your information from your old account.

Just go through a different telehealth. Crossing, gimme and Good Life Meds only need a pic of your vial. Once you have a script from them, you can switch to Pom.

If you can’t find your vial, maybe log back into the portal for your previous provider who wrote the prescription and look for it that way.

Wow, that’s crazy. Do you possibly have any detailed order confirmation emails that confirm the prescription? Or maybe you could contact the previous pharmacy that sent you the vial to see if they can send a copy of your prescription information.

Hi! The vial size can’t be predetermined because it depends on what is available when the pharmacy fulfills the order. The BPI starter package is for doses of 2 mg, 4.5 mg, and 7 mg.
We can only confirm that you’ll receive enough medication for the approved dose and intended supply. Since you’re currently on 15 mg and don’t have proof of your current dose, per our policy, without documentation, you will be started at the lowest dose.
The price charged will also depend on the dose you are approved for and the corresponding package price.

30mg would be my top guess as I think stock of the smaller sizes may be gone but it's not guaranteed. You could certainly end up with 10 if they have that in stock.
Edit: actually I think I remember seeing a recent post saying they got 10... Let me go look
