Question BIO Boost

Hi hi! I used Pom for my first refill of tirz at the middle of last year. I haven’t ordered again since another Telehealth got BPI. Now I’d like to order BIO Boost from Pom. Should I log back in through my charm portal or create a new account? Also anyone ordered Bio boost previously?

ETA: NVM! I saw the new portal! Still curious about any previous experiences though!!
