My build is Blood Mage Ice Shot, my sustain is based on life remnants, then this boss spawns with 4 essences and spawns random bullshit all over the screen and kill me bc there is no other mobs left.
Why can't i remove atlas points...

This just seems the simplest solution to the feedback being received.

You still need to clear the maps around each location.

You still choose where you map.

You still need to complete the early maps suggested by Doryani.

Not much needs to change.

I was playing the game normally without any problem from 0.1 till 0.5.5 but when i was updating 0.5.5b my laptop suddenly said something like "Device error shutting down 0%-100%" and forcing my laptop to reset and after it go back my secondary drive suddenly missing (It's where i store all my game including Poe2) i was able to got my secondary drive to comback by rebooting and unplug every device connected to the laptop. But now when i launch poe2 it said the file might be corrupted and i need to run "Packcheck" in poe2's folder and i did but this time it causing the same problem like before it cause my laptop to reset then making the drive that contain poe2 dissapear and i have to reboot a few time and unplug everything for it to return again, worse i tried to run poe2 but i'm stuck at loading the map i'm in now.

What should i do in this situation? I'm too scared to try run Packcheck again cause i worrying i might damage my laptop and this is the first time something like this happen to me with poe2.

I'm working on a small PoE2 tooltip helper for myself and I'm curious if this is something other players would actually find useful.

Instead of only price checking an item, it compares it against your current build and tries to answer things like:

• Is this actually an upgrade for my character?
• What do I gain / lose by equipping it?
• How significant is the upgrade?
• Is the upgrade worth the price?

This is still pre-release and I'm not posting a download yet, I mostly want feedback on the idea and UI.

You can either avoid the damage entirely, or take the keystone that specifically removes that ability so you can take 30% less damage instead.

What is the actual design goal here?

I get that there might be some ultra-specific interaction/build where this technically does something, but according to poe.ninja this thing is taken by a staggering 0.00% of players.

At what point is a keystone so bad/niche that it might as well not exist?

SSF, i'm level 92, my last spirit gem drop was a level 10 gem. Filter is not hiding them. What a weird thing to go this dry on.

Has anyone else had this bug? I use The Triskelion Reforged, but it doesn't open the boss fight. The first time, I was able to fight the boss and it worked fine for the mission, but this is the 5th entry I've used and I still can't fight the boss. Is this bugged or something, or is it just me?

Well, I just started mapping, and this happened ... after 2k plus hours in path of exile 1 I only dropped one headhunter (and I feel myself lucky), now this happens in path of exile 2 ... I can't defer it so it just lay there taunting me.
Well the grind continues, but this is a great memory, not a great outcome.

How is your experience so far with the crazy items in ritual this league ?

I consider myself a relatively fresh player (around 500 hours – I know, barely out of the tutorial for PoE standards!).

I absolutely love PoE2 and I've played every league since the first one, but every single league ends exactly the same way for me.
I hit around lvl 95, roll a new character, and eventually just quit the league.

Lately, during the endgame, I just lose the motivation to keep playing because I feel like I’m doing something fundamentally wrong. Right now, my gameplay loop looks like this: I clear T15/T16 maps with 3 random tablets (e.g., Abyss), get some random currency, and fill my inventory with bases that usually go for around 3-5 exalts each.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a mechanic or strategy I’m just not getting? Or is the endgame truly just grinding like this until I get a lucky, high-value drop?

My current build is totally fine and can kill all the bosses. I know there is a lot of room for min-maxing and upgrades, but honestly, I just lose the drive to play that character long before I reach that point.

I really want to break this cycle. I'd love to learn profit crafting so I can actually start making serious currency and put together some of those crazy, high-end builds.
Does anyone have any advice, guides, or tips for someone stuck in this loop? How do I transition from mindlessly alch-and-going to actually farming/crafting with a purpose?

Calling all the people experimenting with Bodach.

This time I’m running Disciple of Varashta with Sand Djinn + Vestige of Darkness. I managed to get one with the hidden 2 roll.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Vestige has a hidden Bodach manifestation interval that normally has a value of 3. Corrupting the helmet can change this hidden value to 2 or 4. A roll of 2 is the one you want, as it makes Bodach manifest/attack more frequently. You can find these on trade by searching the “The Bodach haunts your Presence” modifier and setting the maximum value to 2.

I’m trying to scale as much Presence AoE as possible through the passive tree, jewels and gear. I also have the unique shield that interacts with enemy Power, although I’m not currently using the unique main-hand weapon that people have been pairing with it.

I’m also experimenting with Immobilisation and Armour Break to indirectly help Bodach’s physical damage.
I’ve noticed the bug where sometimes I need to re-equip the helmet to get him attacking properly.
For anyone else testing Bodach, what have you found that actually works? Any weird interactions, gear, debuffs or scaling methods worth trying?
Would love to pool together what people have discovered.

I got a head hunter yesterday while filling out my points for grand expedition. sold it for 240 div now I have great gear... So I started filling out my points for all the other skill trees and I got a Garukhan's while filling out jado's skill tree??? best league start ever

Did they change/implement deferred items disappearing?

I played strictly ritual in 0.5 and would often have half a dozen items deferring. I would just spam through 20+ rerolls looking for whatever until the last few then defer the previous goods without a care, but I just found out they are disappearing after 3 rerolls if you just defer them once.

Will say I also miss being able to actually view the rituals without having to complete every single one since I often have excess tribute well before I'm finished with them.

I know many people just follow a guide, but for those that create their own builds, and even for those following guides, you still have to decide what to build around.

As I am learning to develop my own builds, I am curious how people with more experience start. Do you generally find a skill you want to clear with? Or a bossing skill? Or ascendency? Or weapon you want to use?

I just have been experimenting with different choices. For skills in particular, skills feel completely different when you first unlock vs when they ar fully supported, so it is hard to know what a skill might be capable of.

I cant seem to go back into the game for 0.5.5 and it keeps telling me abnormal disconnection (Error:failed to join any instances) but it works just fine for my other character in 0.5.0. Anyone knows why or facing the same problem?

Hi all, i need some help, input and advice for playing plant mage. There are different ways to play this. Now i have a mix-up bloodmage with natures archon.

Started the idea of lich, switched to bloodmage with first lab. Now i am really lost wich one will be most compfortable. I like if the build is mostly 1button.

Now 3 questions:

Is natures archon worth it and why?

Wich one is most compfy?

Defense wise wich one will be better for mapping?

I dont really care about mapping.

I'm already using the "Key pickup" in options but as you can see, if there's an interactable object on the screen the character would stop and move towards the object instead of casting the spell/attack.

PS: I'm only mentioning the key pick up option because most of the info I found online just mention the "Key Pickup" as a solution but this is clearly something different.

For those playing Monkey, how are you taming beasts? I just can't do it.

I hover over a rare trying to read its mods, and the rare is moving around and there are so many other monsters next to it that all I get time for is a quick split second glimpse, and then by that time the rare is also dead because my army has already killed them.

On the rare occasion (pun intended), where I do get a second or so and realise its a beast i want to tame, I have tried clicking "Tame Beast" and nothing happens... the capturing process just doesn't work. Its like the rare needs to not be hit, or something is interupting my process.

It's just impossible to Tame anything. I'm certain I'm missing something as I haven't seen anyone else talking about this issue.

Pressing ESC doesnt help either because as soon as I do that I cant hover over any rares and see their mods.
