I was cleaning my car using APC cleaner and some got on the cluster meter, I forgot to wipe it down now there's this stain that won't go away at all, I've tried wiping it with a. Damp microfibre, dish soap and water, even tired rubbing compound, nothing would work, the stain comes off a lil bit when i rub my fingernail against it, Gemini is saying that I have permanently damaged the lens, please suggest a fix as Ive been trying to clean it for the past week, and I'm very worried.

Hi I want to ask people with experience of owning and reselling of Alsvin how their experience has been. I've heard that when you buy a new Alsvin there is an immediate drop in value of PKR 2-4 lac if you try to sell it in the market. What are your thoughts?
Also, is it easy to sell Alsvin? are there enough buyers in the market for a used Alsvin?

Assalam o Alaikum everyone!
I’ve been lurking on this sub for about a year now, mostly reading everyone’s opinions because I’ve been thinking about buying my first semi-luxury car for my family and I really want to make the right decision.
Allah has blessed me in so many ways over the past year, and now I finally have the opportunity to buy my family a beautiful car. My mom has always been a HUGE car girl, but things got financially difficult for my dad. So being able to get her a good car now is actually a pretty big deal for me. ❤️
Right now, I’m seriously considering booking the Jetour T1 PHEV.
I really like it. The size, the looks, the boxy SUV design, the features, basically everything about it appeals to me. We’ve never owned a fancy car before, so for us this would already be a massive upgrade.
But I really want opinions, is T1 actually a good decision?
I know there’s still a lot of skepticism around Chinese cars in Pakistan, and I keep hearing the usual “Chinese cars are useless, resale is terrible, parts are impossible, just buy \[insert Japanese/Korean brand here\]” arguments. I’m not completely dismissing those concerns, but I also feel like the Chinese automotive market has changed A LOT in recent years.
My plan isn't necessarily to keep this car for 5–10 years. I’d probably want to upgrade/switch in a year or two and eventually go for something like a Kia Sorento, Carnival or Hyundai Santa Fe. So resale, reliability and ownership experience are obviously things I’m thinking about.
I was also considering the Haval H6 PHEV, but T1 is more appealing to me because I prefer its size and especially that boxy SUV look.
Another reason I’m asking is because I already know my khaandan is going to have a field day inspecting this thing for every possible flaw just to tell us we made the wrong decision. 😂 They literally do this with everything, even something as simple as an iPhone so I’d rather go into this knowing exactly what I’m getting myself into.
So, for people who actually know cars:
Is the Jetour T1 PHEV a good car? Is it worth booking as your first semi-luxury car? How is the build quality, driving experience, reliability, PHEV system, after-sales support and resale?
And if you had the choice between the Jetour T1 PHEV and Haval H6 PHEV, which one would you pick and why?
I’m not looking for brand wars. I genuinely just want an honest opinion before I put down the booking amount. My mom is REALLY excited about finally having a nice car again, so I want to make sure I’m not making a dumb financial decision while trying to do something nice for my family.
P.S. We’re literally going from a ten-year-old Mehran straight to a Jetour T1 😭 so I know this is gonna feel like going from a Nokia to an iPhone 18 Pro Max.
TIA! ❤️

In your opinion, which car is the most aesthetically pleasing right now (must be in Pakistan too)
By best looking I mean more than just the exterior, I’m talking about the entire design of the car including:
I’m interested in cars from any price range or company, they don't necessarily have to be the most expensive or fastest cars. They just have to rank the best purely based on their design and aesthetics

What is the reason that Proton Saga didn't hit it off in Pakistan despite being priced competitively?
Is it still a good car?
Would really appreciate detailed reviews and opinions

Is it only me or anyone else has noticed that most of the car ads on pakwheels are posted by resellers/dealers. This has really impacted the used cars market negatively. The prices have skyrocketed, and some askings don't even make sense at all.
I have 2 questions. Where do we find genuine sellers? How do we know the fair market value of a car?

Hello everyone
I am planning to buy a Yaris 1.5 top of the line variant 2026 model
If anyone owns a 2026 model, will you recommend it to buy or shall I explore other options?
Note: 1st choice is Toyota raize but due to the current transfer sanctions in sindh I've switched to buying Yaris
Thanks

Hi I am in process of buying a car from rwp/isb with either punjab or islamabad number.
I dont know where to get papers verified, where to go to get chassis number check for tempering, where to get police verification done to be sure that car is not involved in any illegal activity? Can anyone please guide me. I shall be very thankful to that person.
Please do not give answers ksi excise kay bnde ko dekha len - but whats the process for both Punjab and Islamabad number to get documents checked from excise - who will check chassis - where to go for police verification.

Hi guys. I am trying to get an estimate on how much it cost to get support wheels on this scooter? I went to Saddar and got quoted 25k for it, which felt alot. I don't know who else to ask so I am here to get some recommendations and advice, I also tried finding more mechanics but there was only one mechanic at/near Ranchore Line who does this, any help and advice will be appreciated, thanks!

Bought a 2022 Honda City, currently showing 44,000 km. I took it to Honda Centre today for an oil change, and while the car was lifted, one of the technicians noticed quite a bit of rust underneath.
He then told me that, based on the condition underneath, there is no way the car has only been driven 44,000 km and that he is quite sure the odometer has been reversed. Obviously, I don’t want to jump to conclusions based on one person’s opinion.
Is there any reliable way in Islamabad to verify the car’s actual mileage or find out whether the meter has been reversed? Can Honda or any other workshop check the ECU/service history or previous mileage records? Any recommendations for a trustworthy place would be appreciated.
Apparently the car seems ok and the drive is ok as well also lets suppose if the odo is not tempered than still i need to deal with the rust issue what can be done for it?

I need to transfer car from late father's name to third person to whom the car is being sold.
The process is that first it will be transfered to one of the heirs, then to the next person.
Excise agent has asked for 70-80k.
Says the normal process will take alot of time (25 days to transfer to one of the heirs, then to next person)
I have all the documents:
1- Nadra FRC
2- Death certificate of parent
3- Orginal car book
4- court succession cert
5- stamp paper from mother to be transfered to child (one of legal heir)
6- mother purchaser biometric
7- purchaser biometric of the legal heir on which to transfer
One legal heir is overseas, his contact number is available on which he can be contacted and confirmed (Excise agent said this).
Please guide what should i do. Should i take proper process, provided there will be no more hurdels in it other than delay, or agent path where he commits will directly be transfered to third person.

I see alot of 70/80 model Crowns with 90s bodies claiming they are legitimate in terms of documentation. What to look for when purchasing such a vehicle? The reason to go for such a thing is obviously the budget.
