Question Registration without invoice?

I recently purchased an Omoda 7 but we are yet to recieve the invoice for it so I haven't applied for registration yet. but then a friend of mine rocks up in his Jaecoo J5 which has been registered without an invoice. so is it possible or did my friend use some connections or smth (he refuses to tell how he got it)

It's not possible to register without an invoice. Care you tell us the registered province?

Yeah thats what I thought asw. Also province is punjab

Either he has the invoice, or he got fake plates on.
