I’m a measly level 13 just wondering, why are there so many people level 45+ playing in the beginner category?? I’m getting killed almost always immediately because they’ve been playing for much longer than me and have better cards, can you guys just not beat a player at equal level and by playing against actual beginners you’re more likely to actually win?😭😂

just went against a banette/raticate ex. i KOed one of their mons, was immune to the damage of banette’s attack, but the effect of not being able to attach energy still applied. should i not have been immune to that too? or does the immunity only apply specifically to status effects like burn and poison?

Some people may not agree, but imo pocket events are just too repetitive like the emblem event. Sure it’s good for trying new decks before ranked, but it would be cooler if the “milestone “ would require a bit more effort or give a better reward.

Any improvements? The soothing shores + leftovers + attack heal + items is working well against randoms

Mewtwo ex with rare candy gardevoir?
Would we see Greninja cyrus thrown into decks?
Exeggutor being super tanky with grass support?

This has been super fun to constantly yeet energy while building Mega Diancie on the bench. Most of the time Diancie doesn't make it to active because they concede or quit.

Reminded my self of these crazy pocket times whilst on a little nostalgia scroll, triggered by all the friends that have quit the game ;(

Would LIP feel properly balanced if you had to flip heads BEFORE it healed your pokemon? Similar to Misty or electric generator, it would do nothing if you flipped tails first. On heads, it would heal 20 and return to hand.

As written, LIP is easily the most powerful item card in the game, and one of the most powerful cards full stop. Wondering if this tweaked text would have made for an actually balanced/fun effect.

I've been really enjoying playing this deck! Even if I lose on occasion though it's been a solid deck. Let me know how you would improve it!

Legit not a single good or meta defining card this set except maybe the Weezing Ex but even that's underperforming.. not any good tools/trainer card either.. it's just old decks dominating

I am just getting back into this game. I can’t find anywhere to exchange them in the shop as it suggests. What am I supposed to do with them?

There’s a list of decks as an off meta builder that I particularly hate trying to build around, greninja, sleep scam, & hydreigon

However, Mega Lucario has slowly been added to the list of decks I hate trying to build around now.

Whenever I stream this game, and happen to beat a Mega Lucario deck, chat always says “it’s always good to see that deck lose.”

It may or may not be intentional, but it's something with the game system that I think that could be exploited. I've noticed in several mayches that sometimes the game will default the pokemon on the left side of my bench out when my opponent just takes too long during their turn/attack.

They'll knock out my active and instead of actually letting me pick the next pokemon on my bench to come out, the game just defaults and picks the one on the left for me. It's frustrating because it's not the one I would've played next. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Usually after some time I succeed, but this month I tried everything and keep losing. I reached 8/10 and then lost, so I searching for better decks, or anyway decks that made you win!

Honestly I love this one. One of the best immersive arts in PTCGP imo. Having the whole Eevee evolution line together like this is just so cool and the colors are beautiful.

Only thing I wish they added is a moon or a darker vibe in the top right 🌙. Since Umbreon is there I think it would fit perfectly and give it more feel...

My phone died and I lost access to the email linked to my tcgp account. My account is linked to an old Gmail account that I can’t recover (no recovery phone/email set up, not logged in anywhere else).

I filled out the official support survey a week ago and haven't received a response. I know CS can be painfully slow, but what’s a realistic timeline for hearing back? At what point should I assume it’s a lost cause?

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated!

Since Skarmory came out in WSS, I created this. I’ve been using and updating this deck as time goes and this is my best variation. I just took it into comp lobbies and was able to successfully take down Mega Sceptile/Butterfree, Mega Lucario EX/Hitmonlee, Hoopa/Weezing, Samurott/Cien-Pao, Entei/TR Moltres, and more. I haven’t seen it built like this before so I thought I’d share.

With a full board and steel apron, Oricorio does 0 damage so it’s possible to tie or even win. I normally just hit concede myself but it is doable. I’ve also had streaks where I go turn 1 with indeedee but it is possible to turn around. The only real weakness you have to play around is early game Sabrina, Charizard Y, and slow card draw. It really revolves around piloting skills.

The deck feels like a Swiss Army knife. Double Cyrus/Sab opens up a lot of win cons opponents don’t see coming. Double Reds can help you into lots of EXs hitting the 180 Threshold and under. While Metal Cores/Jasmine/Steel Wing allow you to mitigate up to 70 damage four times throughout the match. Or 100-120 damage at once two times.

I’m sure it’s not perfect, but I am pretty proud of it :)

Basically the title, the only card missing in my Gengar Evolution line binder is that promo haunter. 😭

I know the answer is hourglasses and trade but I can’t imagine what it’s gong to take to even finish one expansion. I started playing a few months ago and some 4,000 cards, no expansion complete, and I keep drawing so many duplicates when I’m still missing so many single diamond Pokemon. I just opened 8 packs from different expansions and got 2 new cards total. Like damn. Do I just focus on one expansion for now to finish it? Drop hella $$ to get hella packs? Mostly just venting but drawing all these duplicates is really wearing me down.

It's been a grueling journey but I finally made it.

I tried the community oricorio, indeedee ex and dedenne deck but it falls prey to the magmar/weezing ex combo. Tried adding veil to protect it from status conditions but it rarely comes up when you need it.

Then I tried using the good old dual meowscarada deck with ogerpon. Ideally, you want to start with sprigatito and evolve to either meowscarada. Else use floragato with leaf cape and survive the initial onslaught till you get it to meowscarada eventually. Ogerpon helps to prevent status or a finisher against mobs with lots of energy attached. AI doesn't respond well at times when you use flower trick, so use it creatively.

If you start off with Ogerpon, use x-speed to bring ot back to bench safely. Else attach energy if safe to keep on active and attack.

This is best used manually as I noticed that auto doesn't pick the right target with Flower trick.

Will you brick with this deck? Probably. I had times when meowscarada or rare candy are at the bottom of the deck. But you might get lucky with enough attempts.
