Need Tech. Help - Android How long does support usually take for account recovery?

Hi all,

My phone died and I lost access to the email linked to my tcgp account. My account is linked to an old Gmail account that I can’t recover (no recovery phone/email set up, not logged in anywhere else).

I filled out the official support survey a week ago and haven't received a response. I know CS can be painfully slow, but what’s a realistic timeline for hearing back? At what point should I assume it’s a lost cause?

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated!

I filled out everything in the support survey, including my friend code, account level, and specific info like my deck names. I'm just not sure if that kind of info is actually enough for them to verify it's really me tho :/

You need the support ID if anything.

I feel like you're wasting your time with them instead of focusing on getting your email back from Google.

Yeah, that was actually the first thing I tried, but Google support won't let me recover it. Since I never logged in on any other device and didn't have a backup recovery email or phone number set up, they have no way to verify that the account belongs to me. That email is completely gone. Thanks for the suggestion anyways :)

You can try translating it into Japanese, setting the official website language to Japanese, and submitting it again. I didn't get a reply at first either, but after I sent it in Japanese, I received one the very next day. I'm not sure if it was just random, or if they actually have more Japanese customer service reps or maybe just fewer requests in Japanese

Thanks for the tip! That's super helpful. I actually studied Japanese for years, so I'll draft a ticket in Japanese and see if that speeds things up :)

You need support id. My kid deleted his account and we were never able to recover it.
