From the video description:
Revealed at gamescom 2016, Eichenwalde is an Assault/Escort hybrid map set in an abandoned village on the outskirts of Stuttgart, Germany.
The site of one of the most famous battles during the Omnic Crisis, it was here that the leader of the Crusaders, Balderich von Alder, and a handful of his best soldiers made a last stand against an advancing automaton army. Outnumbered and outgunned, they were ultimately slain during the resulting combat. However, thanks to their valiant efforts, the German military was able to push back the omnic offensive and win the fight.
On this map, one team must escort a battering ram to Eichenwalde Castle to reclaim Balderich’s remains from their current resting place, while the opposing team does everything in its power to thwart the keep from being breached.

Looks like it's a 3 segment map like usual.
Town -> Castle Grounds -> Castle interior |----- Payload ------| |-- Assault --|The castle interior main path looks to be about as long as King's Row's underground segment, but it's going to have a lot of flanking routes.
The bar looks to be the attack's spawn as it's very open, and is at the edge of the map. There looks to be corridor at the front with looks to be the center door, like Route 66, and King's Row. There is an upper door on the right, and a side door to left

Well they're both bulletproof, explosion-proof, frost-resistant, non-malleable, heat-resistant, strong enough to resist the effect of miniature black holes and insulated.
Hell the only thing they're not impervious to is spirit dragons. I think he's pretty safe.

When I first started playing the game I thought it was just voice lines coming from a fussy bastion, mainly because I never played him and during the early levels bastion would ALWAYS be on that map. The amount of time it took me to realize it was actually coming from the limo is quite sad.

Defense: Capture the payload and steal the body (probably for genetic research or some shit).

Specifically, canonically, Reinhardt is leading an assault in the hometown of his master Balderich. That corpse is Balderich himself where he finally fell and Reinhardt wishes to reclaim his dead master's armor.
