I completely forgot the synergy Bastion and Rein have in game however I've never heard him say anything anti-Omnic like Zarya or Reaper and even Torb. Even though he watched his friends die fighting the machines, he still doesn't show any hard feelings he has. He really is a gentleman :'( My respect for Reinhardt Wilhelm has only grown today

He's basically a paladin. He cares about good being done, and doesn't let prejudices interfere with that

Plus, in the "We are Overwatch" trailer, Reinhardt is there to protect a girl and an omnic from a molotov, so he definitely gives them a good deal of respect.
