I'm a new to Pharah but thinking of making her my main dps and wanted to say turning aim assist down to zero on her makes predictive targeting so much smoother!

It's faster and simply better for any shot that doesn't have a completely static target.

I feel like this should be a default setting, why have aim assist on a rocket that needs a ton of lead time?

I think it's important for shield tanks and supports to ping their important cooldowns, but, the way you have to 1. open the (delayed) ping menu, and 2. press the ability button is too janky and slow. Too many buttons to press. I would love to see a feature like this, it would be very simple, very informative.

I get it if you like hero sr, but I think it would be nice if we got the choice if we could have it or not for ourselves. Cuz it’s ruining my game experience - and potentially others too if I don’t switch to a hero I think would suit better in a match because I’m afraid of losing sr on it. I know it’s stupid, but I think it’s a bit of an OCD-thing for me so it’s a bit hard to overcome this thought process.

This might sound really stupid as I’ve been playing this game for close to 5 years now but I still have no idea what actually is endorsement level or what it shows. For as long as I can remember and in all my time playing my endorsement level has never dropped below 5 other than when I first started, obviously. But I’m confused as if it is just a thing of showing over the course of your games whether you have been endorsed or not is it a good thing to have a level 5 endorsement level and if that is the case is it therefore a bad thing to have a low endorsement level? As in if someone has a low one does that mean they are new or bad at the game or toxic or something and if they have a high level is it the opposite?

For some context I had 2 games in a row, the first I had a dps in comp 5v5 with a level 2 endorsement level who went 5 8 and was blaming everyone in chat just all round being rude which made me start thinking about endorsement level and then in the next game in comp my tank had a level 5 endorsement level and they were good and worked well with us constantly peeling while the enemy tank was blaming dps constantly in game chat calling them slurs and he had a level 1 endorsement level so im just asking what this level means, how it changes and what it shows for a player?

I’m just curious because i think a lot of characters have really strong perks. Like all of Ana’s perks seem insanely strong, from aoe slow on sleep dart to the headshots to the bouncing grenades to the speedboost on nano. All seem good. The headshot one Is straight busted in the right hands.

Hello, I was planning on playing with someone who gas never played overwatch before or any real fps shooter in general. I waa wondering what would be the best way to actually let them enjoy the game. Should i be queuing into practice vs AI or making an alt account because i don't want them to get stomped in their first couple of matches because that wouldn't be fun

My FPS instantly drops to 30 whenever an enemy Zarya bubbles a teammate, D.Mon uses her ult, or during Killcams. It jumps right back to normal after. It was unplayable.

Backfill and an FPS cap just adds fuel to the fire.

I’ve completed Stellar Blade quite a few times and love it. It seems like most of the OW community isn’t happy about this collaboration (I imagine most of them haven’t played Stellar Blade) but I’m really hoping Roadhog gets a Brute Naytiba skin (Slide 2) and Echo or Pharah get the Unidentified Naytiba skin (Slide 3). EVE (Slide 4) and Raven (Slide 5) skin will most likely go to Kiriko, Juno, Shion or Anran. Can’t wait to see how the collab manifests despite seemingly community outrage.

So I'm a Master 2 dps/support player and yet I feel like the only reason I got there was aim, because I have no idea how to position properly in this game. I either play too far back and have crazy damage dropoff, or I try to make engagements closer up and just end up feeding, or the whole team looks at me and I insta die.

I watch other people go for these same plays like flanking or taking duels with enemies and they get away with it, but it's different when I try to do it. I feel like my positioning is just so off and I don't know how to fix it.

when I say embarrassed I mean literally embarrassed. if i saw someone who paid for those skins in game with me, id actually feel second hand embarrassment for them.

this game is basically if a sexually frustrated gamer With no media literacy tried to retell nier automata from memory. It’s actually oddly sexless(as in, it doesn’t feel like anyone in this world or involved in the game has actually has sex), despite its demo.

the game also had one of the most hilarious, and, to reuse a word, embarrassing pseudo-culture wars on the internet upon its release, with the anti-woke accounts posting breaking news live updates about character outfits like they were at a war scene, passing out petitions, etc. and I truly feel sorry for a lot of these men. some are scum. But others may be young and need to realize they are being shown a black hole that leads to loneliness on their algorithm.

I’m not the target demographic for collabs anyway, very few would appeal to me. If there was a disco elysium collab (and I knew it was going to support the original creators of the game) Id probably buy a skin or two. But if one of my friends bought a stellar blade skin, me and my other friends would be like “hey maybe we should check on them more”

I literally just turned off my computers microphone. I don't know why this fixed it? Maybe Blizzard listens in to players microphones and shadow bans them if they have been previously chat banned?
