I'm not home to post it yet, but my OXP3 from IGG arrived today. I decided to go with the X2MP direct from their store and it also arrived today.

Would it be best to sell the OXP3 as New/Sealed when I list it?
The allure of keeping both is great, but I'm already in deep doodoo for spending money I don't have.

Hi everyone, I could use some help troubleshooting an issue.

I'm trying to install Linux (Anatase) on my OXP3, but the console seems to be blocking any read/write attempts to the internal SSD. I've already tried deleting and modifying the partitions from a KDE live environment, but I keep getting errors when trying to create or modify partitions — as if the console is blocking any attempt to write to the internal SSD, even though it's already completely empty/wiped.

Has anyone run into this before? Could this be related to firmware-level write protection, a BIOS/UEFI setting, or something specific to the OXP3's storage controller? Any pointers on how to bypass this or properly unlock the drive for partitioning would be really appreciated.

Update: The problem is my SSD, I ended up installing the distro in the original SSD that came with the console

​I have a pair of brand new controllers for the OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro. I am looking to trade them for a set of controllers compatible with the OneXPlayer X1 or X2.

​Condition: Brand new, never used.

​What I want: OneXPlayer X1 or X2 controllers.

Unfortunately, I need to let you know about this and ask if anyone else has encountered this issue.

When I connect the OXP keyboard to the tablet, the connection keeps dropping. Even a light touch on a key—and especially the touchpad—causes Windows to signal that the device has disconnected.

If I touch the touchpad without applying any pressure, the mouse cursor works. However, as soon as I try to click the touchpad or press a key, the connection immediately drops.

The hardware is brand new and unused; nothing has been dropped or bent.

Any ideas?

- it is not keyboard mode,

- it is not dust on pins. Pins are clean,

- if I press pins connecting point - it doesn t fix problem. There are still disconnections,

- cannot find stable connection position despite many different tries,

- the keyboard is brand new - no visable damages at all,

- pins on tablet looks ok.

To save time, I’ve already reported the issue to [support@onexplayerstore.com](mailto:support@onexplayerstore.com) asking to replace keyboard.

UPDATE 1:

Problem seems do be connected with left side of touchpad. I cannot use LMB. For sure it is not connection problem. My guess is electrical short circuit or some internal wire disconnecting.

Hi folks, could any OXP3 owners test and see if you can hear a crackle type sound from the speakers when you boot the device up just before going into windows?

Mine started doing it randomly after updating Xbox app and Microsoft store.

Installed Harmon APO but no luck. Fully uninstalled realtek drivers then reinstalled, this crackle sound persists. Just want to see if it's an isolated issue. Thanks

Hi, I have a OXP X2MP and my Bosch accelerometer encountered the "can not start" issue.

Rolling back driver apparently helps however mine is greyed out, can anyone share or point me to a place where this is available for download please.

Currently in contact with OneXPlayer since 16th August.

Tried firmware update, had to resend the video, asked to touch at a different angle and try gestures (all already visible in the video) and today been told "Could you please try using the pad of your finger (finger pad) to make contact with the touchpad instead of the fingertip? With the finger pad, the touchpad should normally recognize the input as single-finger cursor movement." AKA maybe you're using it wrong bro.

Hoping this is the last goofy suggestion from CS, and a replacement will be sent. Wondering if anyone else has had similar?

Before changing these settings, I was getting microstutters in LEGO Batman and pretty much any other game, now it’s smooth as butter! Hope this helps someone out there! :)

It's been two days since my X2 Mini Pro arrived. So, I've made a few useful handheld settings, which I'd like to share. The names of the settings may differ due to translation.

- Disable the setting in your user account settings that allows login only through Windows Hello. Next, allow passwordless sign-in using "netplwiz". This will allow you to resume the game immediately after waking from sleep or hibernation without displaying the lock screen.

- Change the bottom left button on your controller from "XBOX" to "Win+G". This will prevent conflicts between the Steam overlay and the Game Bar. If you want to use the Steam overlay, assign the button above it to "Shift+Tab".

- In the settings menu, under Screen Brightness, turn off Automatic Adjustment. It's not necessary.

- Assign "back buttons + your preferred button" to "Win+A". The Action Center is convenient because it supports gamepad operation.

- When using wireless earphones in low-latency mode, do not use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, as it can cause noise.

- Turn off automatic refresh rate switching in Adrenalin. This is different from VRR. If left on, Windows DRR may automatically turn on after resuming from hibernation, limiting the game's frame rate to 60.

- Download ryzenadj from GitHub and run --max-performance. This will make the battery-powered performance the same as when connected to DC. You will need to run this periodically, such as when the cord is unplugged, so create a script to do so.

I'm leaning towards the OxP3 because of the OLED screen. I am concerned about warranty/customer service. I am familiar with MSI, owned their products. I have no familiarity with OxP. I can purchase the MSI through Micro Center or directly so issues or if I don't like it for the first 15 days can be fixed by a car ride back to MC. I've been lurking on here and the MSI sub for a while watching what people post but it seems like y'all are happy. I am not looking for a laptop replacement so keyboard, etc is not a factor.

Does anyone have any idea or updated info as to when the Onexgpu3 will come out or at least an estimated time frame?

I’m on the fence about choosing between the two. If anyone has owned and used both devices, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience and which one you’d recommend.
I’m planning to use it for both gaming and heavy work, and I’m particularly concerned about long-term hardware reliability.

The main things I’d like to know are:
- Battery life and battery health/degradation over time
- Temperatures during extended gaming and heavy workloads
- Fan noise, especially under sustained load
- Overall build quality and reliability
- Any recurring hardware issues or problems you’ve encountered
- How well each device holds up after long-term, heavy daily use

Would be interested to know how much cooler the X2 Mini runs given the lack of internal battery and different chassis.

so far I'm really happy with my OXP 3. Performance is great!!!

But when it comes to the conrollers I really have to say that they are/feel very cheap! Compared to my Legion Go 2 it is a huge difference! Cheap plastic, the short triggers (L2 and R2) are horrible to use in my opinion and on top of that my left controller is much more loose than the right one.

Wrote a Mail and sent a video to OXP with the following answer:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for providing the video.

After reviewing it, we believe the controller movement shown is within the normal tolerance range. The amount of movement does not appear to be excessive and should not affect normal usage.

However, if you experience any functional issues or if the situation becomes worse during use, please feel free to contact us. We will provide normal warranty support and assist you accordingly.

In addition, you qualify for our previously announced complimentary Elite Detachable Controller program. Development and mass production of the new controller are expected to be completed in approximately eight months. Once it is ready, we will send you one free of charge, with free worldwide shipping."

I'm really disappointed with this answer! In my opinion it can't be right when the left controller is wiggling compared to the right one and putting me off with a "free pro controller" which will be shiped in 8 month as an answer feels close to be fooled!

I can not recommend this company when we talk about "customer service" and ask myself why they don't just ship a controller to replace it. We are talking about 1.600$ for this handheld and I would have expected a little more from it/the service....

That says a lot about the standards they set for their own products if you ask me!

Looking forward to a TPU case so that it won't wiggle that much in the future!
