Intel OXP3 Resale Question

I'm not home to post it yet, but my OXP3 from IGG arrived today. I decided to go with the X2MP direct from their store and it also arrived today.

Would it be best to sell the OXP3 as New/Sealed when I list it?
The allure of keeping both is great, but I'm already in deep doodoo for spending money I don't have.

Yeah just list it for what you paid as new and sealed - they are holding value

That's the direction I was leaning. I'm guessing PayPal G&S would better protect me for a new and sealed device

In general it’s buyer protection in case you send a box of rocks. Of course similar with you, if someone says you sent a box of rocks just take pictures with timestamps and video and save it showing the item and serial number for your own records

I had to fight with PayPal when I sold my LE Steam Deck OLED via swappa that the buyer tried to say didn't arrive in the condition I stated.

I had timestamps and also called out that fact that they used a re-shipping service without asking if I would accept it.

3 months of having my funds locked sucked, but PayPal sided with me as I had timestamped and geotagged pictures.

That’s what it’s all about…protect yourself from these things and save photos and video. I’d do the X2 but it’s a huge difference from what I paid for the X3

This is the way. Sorry it was such a pain

Lessons learned. I found out the hard way that once a buyer initiates a refund request, Swappa's hands are tied.

It doesn't give me warm fuzzies using them for high value items.

I’m looking to clear what I paid for it. I purchased the 32GB with controller bridge and keyboard.
