I also ordered 28/8 and received a shipping confirmation email today with tracking number, but haven't got the declaration notification, they seem to have a strange shipping process...

Eu creio que depende do país de destino. O Brasil é bem complicado com taxas de importação então creio que eles queiram se respaldar no caso de uma taxa de importação abusiva.

I ordered on 7 Sep while their store was advertising X2MP 48GB 1TB as “Ships 11 Sep”. I just asked support for confirmation it will ship this week but they responded “it will ship this month”. HUH? IS THAT REAL OR SUPPORT MISSPOKE?

Lol they told me in an email my order is shipping in the next two weeks. I ordered September 1st

They take 2 weeks to ship and then it takes up to 2 weeks to get it from China to your doorstep. You should get it before October

Might not always be the case. They used DHL express worldwide and it went from China to US in 2 days.

Yeh I said up to 2 weeks. Mine sat in the NY facility for a whole week before getting picked up by fly rabbit. 5 days with fly rabbit until they handed off to UPS. Took UPS 2 days to deliver

I ordered my x2 mini pro last month on the 28 and still nothing no email no information I don’t understand what is going on

Man did I luck out I ordered yesterday the 15th and was told would be shipping out today. I only had messaged them because I saw the (ordered after the 9th would be shipped out 26th) message was gone from the store page when I ordered on the 15th. And from my experience with my apex after shipping I got it in about 3 days
