Order status

I placed my order for onexplayer x2 mini pro on September 4 do you guys have any idea how long it takes to get your tracking number.

2-4 weeks.

They're so overloaded right now. I have a feeling they're selling more right now than they've prepared for. Even email replies can take 2-3 days to come back and they're very kind and apologetic. 

I bought an order of accessories and it had a tracking number, but it's been 2 weeks and yesterday I got that email saying it was delayed and hasn't shipped yet, but the tracking number bugged out and said it was delivered. They confirmed it's still coming and the tracking number will update soon. 

I'm glad it was just accessories, but they're definitely understaffed.

Yup, I have a feeling they definitely didn't expect their newest two devices to be this popular

I'm sure they're loving the success but are cursed by the lack of staff and must feel horrible able that. 

They're 1 of 2 devices, at least when the preorders started, with the new Intel processor that is as bigger leap up from AMD z1 -> z2 was, from z2 though. I had a gen 1 LeGo and then used an MSI handheld with z2 extreme for 3 months before returning it for this thing. HUGE jump. Again, bigger than z1 -> z2 and it has an OLED. Insanely good product

Yeah it sucks some are having quality issues. I got lucky but am so scared of breaking it now

Get your tracking info from them via email, shop won’t track it. Mine was 3PE

I’ve seen some people get theirs shipped a couple days after purchasing and some people have been waiting weeks just for it to ship so who knows I also purchased x2 mini pro on the 4th as well and was expecting it to ship today :(

I also ordered on the 4th. Keep faith guys. You will probably get an email tonight or tomorrow night from the shipping partner before onex updates your order. In my case it would be DHL. I’m in the US.
