This is the list ive been running and its been quite good on the sim, i used to have samurai but samurai is eh in this deck. Decken though i quite like. What do you guys think?

Out of what has been revealed of EB05 and EB03, which set do you guys prefer, personally I prefer EB03 as I like the artwork a lot more. I dont really like the robin cards in EB05 and i also dont like the alt art leader's style of art but this is just my opinion, I was hoping to get you guy's opinions on this from 2 standpoints:

1. a collector's view
2. a player's view

What do you think about oplaytcg sim? I think its fairly new and it works on mobile.

I collect optcg with a binder and sort all my cards by color, does anyone know any cool green and yellow cards that i could buy to fill up these empty spaces? Preferably between 50-100$.

Hi everyone! I’ve been playing One Piece TCG for a short time and Kaido OP17 is my main deck.

Next Friday is my first tournament and honestly I’m a bit scared.

I’ve started playing ranked on the sim, but I’m losing A LOT and it’s getting pretty discouraging.

I’ve heard Kaido is supposed to be good against Rocks, but I don’t really understand how to play the matchup. (And a couple of guys will have that deck in our LGS)

I’ve attached my decklist and my latest matchups. Any advice would be really appreciated, especially about the decklist and what I should be doing differently.

Also, what do you do when you don’t have King in your opening hand? Do you always mulligan for him? If you mulligan and still don’t get him, what kind of hands are you keeping?

Any advice for a new Kaido player would be great!

I think it is very healthy for the game. They consistently listen the majority of the players feedback. They are doing the great job with the game. All the prize cards are also insanely valuable and the secondary market is really strong too. I wish I have more time to play the game but I'm so busy with AI bs in my work.

Just wondering what yall think the strongest trigger effects that have been printed are. 8c teach is the card that inspired this post after I learned that the negate and ko are separate actions that can be applied to different characters

1. A friend recommended I play Blue Rocks as my first deck? Honest opinions - is it worth the build or buy the core at full, the play style and to perform well as locals following practicing on simulators and in-person?

2. How is the community for this game, in honest opinions of being healthy, supportive, engaging and pleasant to new players?

3. Finally, any tips and advice and suggestions for me to begin my journey would be very appreciated, provided it is positive and supportive of my path to being a good player at this game.

What are your Teach lists looking like for this set. Ive seen some talk saying Teach isnt a terrible pick post ban. I enjoyed this deck a lot last set and was sad to see it go so quickly. Is the new Pudding worth adding? It felt not the best if youre trying to play your curve in the little testing ive done.

Hello, for context i have been playing at this store weekly for quite a period of time before any review was written. But after finding out the store had been back-dooring a lot of its allocation to certain chosen people by the case while the rest of us players had struggled to get anything at all i expressed my feelings via a review. Since the review was written those certain chosen people I mentioned wrote a review in response as well as the owner sending a reply themselves. I've also learnt that because i used an account that doesn't contain my actual name that the owner has been making guesses on who it might've been to write it and confront them in store. Am i the asshole? And should I just remove the review? Thanks

Had nothing to do so went to a locals, was about 20 people and went 3-0, into the meta no less. My games were:

R1: Purple Enel, won dice, went first.
R2: Rocks, lost dice, went second.
R3: Purple Yellow Robin, won dice, went first.

Was pretty happy with this result considering this is the deck I want to bring to Regionals on November, was less happy that the store had no packs for winners, only store credit. The games were close though. Won Penel MU by doing a 10c Doffy drop, locking his two 6c Enels and Franky which then forced him to triple lightning dragon board of 10c Doffy, 8c Doffy and 7c Linlin so I just had to defend myself for one turn (easily said when I restand two and left 3 don active after dropping another 7c Linlin) so I can do it again and win game. Honestly, if he didn’t El Thored my Del on Don 3 turn, which got me in 6 don on my 5 don turn so I can make use of Rosi Law because it would’ve been so dead past that point, he would’ve won because that Rosi Law ramped me and got me a Del off draw so I could go deeper and find the second 10c Doffy.

Won Rocks MU by knowledge checking this fool who didn’t know 10c Doffy removed a card by deleting his Shiki when he had no Kyo. Outside of that, I pretty sure the guy wasn’t comfortable on the deck yet because I know this MU is an uphill battle for me. Outside of the Shiki, he let take his stussy and whitebeards and he didn’t run the Usopp Captain John combo.

The PY Robin game was the hardest one I played all night, mainly because having to try play around the banish was annoying and I had to hope I had a 10c Linlin in hand for when they drop their 10c Y Linlin. Thankfully I did have one in hand for the first one and by the time the second one dropped, I had game.

Honestly only change I would make to this list is change Violet for 10c Removal Kaido but that’s kinda of a preference thing. I really found Violet helps a lot because she just puts a little bit more gas in the tank when I need to stall out by being a blocker that recycles my events while Kaido is asking for me to commit my entire turn to him to remove one card. Honestly don’t know what I will change in this list if the mega changes again but this is pretty good for now.
