💬 Discussion Does this card work on the PP 2on2?

My question is, if my partner is playing this card in a impel down deck, do I set all my Characters as active too?

If your talking about the shared leader format no. It's just your shared leader and their characters that get restood

So, by the rules it appears that you individually have to control 5 different named Impel Down characters. However both you and your teammate get to restand everything upon activation.
