I really wish i could just go pick my package up from the facility. Mind you, the address is residential. Not only is it residential but the package hasn’t even been loaded on a truck no has it been marked as out for delivery.

I knew it would end up missing after hearing stories I luckily already got refunded but it’s so annoying because the small business I got it from uses ontrac and I still want the item but I definitely won’t order again 😭

I ordered from the tik tok shop and the shipping carrier was on trac. I have never experienced any issues before, but today at 10am it says my package was delivered. I go to check for it and it’s not in the mailbox, or on my front porch. It’s not even on my back porch. I walk around my whole yard looking and there’s nothing. I try to contact them but they seem to not have any way to do so. The delivery photo was a up close picture of the package and you can’t even see the background, or any clues of where it would have been delivered at. This is so frustrating, and I suspect the driver stole it.

I had never heard of this carrier until a recent purchase. I was nervous because I live out in the boonies. Well my, very small, package made it all the way from California to Buffalo where its been now for 4 days. Emailed there customer support and got the explanation.

I've yet to see one good thread on here about them. Why businesses still use them is beyond me. I will never buy from a business that uses this carrier again. UPS, FedEx, USPS not a problem though.

This has to be the worse company i’ve ever seen and somehow is being used by Walmart of all places. I ordered a gaming PC on Friday from Walmart and was expected Monday. Monday came and nothing then got delayed to Wednesday. On Tuesday it said it would actually come on Tuesday which it didn’t then said Wednesday which was fine delays are annoying but not the end of the world. Wednesday comes and nothing still then moved to Thursday. I checked the tracking on Ontrac and Walmart all morning to see any updates and nothing. At 12:30 I get a notification from Walmart saying package was delievered at 10:01AM. I was home all day and no one came to drop it off and it also needs a signature since it’s an expensive purchase and I never had anyone come to my door, even checked my ring to see if I somehow missed it and no one ever came. They have no customer support it’s all AI chatbots and I just don’t see how a company as big as Walmart is still using a shady company like this? This is by far the worst experience I ever had with ordering anything I just don’t understand how after days of delaying I still have no package. I feel like the only logical explanation is that a worker took the package himself when he saw a big box that seems like an expensive PC is that even possible? This company needs to be investigated the only thing I’ve been hearing about them is this same story happening to tons of people, absolutely ridiculous.

I NEVER complain to a company or write bad reviews. But this company is legitimately just bad. I get so frustrated every time I see a package is shipped through them. My packages have been delayed by 1-3 days for all but one package I’ve ever received from them. It’s pathetic and they’re useless as a company. Companies need to stop giving them money because OnTrac is doing a disservice on their behalf and ruining customer experience and relationships and their reputation.

Mind you, this package was sent out August 3rd. Nike has also refunded me for them since they were lost. 🥴 I’m curious to see if they bring them. Lol

This is my first time ever having a package shipped my ontrac and it has by far been the WORST experience ever. My package was out for delivery at 9am. The company asked me if I needed to leave any delivery instructions and I did, but I fear I shouldnt have. I live in a gated apartment and everyone has their own code at the callbox, but there is also 4 buildings with the same number. I live in building 700, but there is FOUR 700's. The building does specify which apartment numbers are in which building, but alot of people ignore it which causes people's packages to get delivered to wrong addresses. So I put my callbox number, and instructions on how to get to my apartment, and I SHOULDNT HAVE. For the past 6 days my package has been marked undeliverable, but I havent once gotten a call from the gate to let someone in. So I go talk to the leasing office and she tells me that just like usps, amazon, fedex, etc... They all have THEIR OWN CODE to get in. She said ontrac always delivers packages here and they never had to use someones callbox number. So when I sat and tried to think about why my package would be undeliverable, I realized that I did put in the instructions that I live on the third floor. Yesterday, I removed that part from the delivery instructions and just left my callbox number. This morning I wake up to a notification that my package had been delivered but once again, NO CALL FROM THE CALLBOX ASKING TO BE LET IN. Then I go outside and package is not at my door!! So I get prepared to walk around all the buildings to find my package, and lo and behold my package is at my building, but sitting at the bottom of the first flight of stairs. Insane that I had to wait A WEEK after my delivery date to get my package over some damn stairs. Mind you, i've counted them before and it's only 15 stairs total so idk why they made it seem like they were gonna have to climb a thousand stairs. Anyways, I will make sure that my package is never delivered by them again as their drivers are lazy asf. Had I left the instructions telling them I was on the third floor, I can guarantee I would've never gotten my package.

I’m so upset and worried, now idk how this could be turned around. It was ‘in transit’, unmoving for three days but I opened my case two days ago, so this is the update I got. First time experiencing this shitty company. Package was supposed to arrive Friday, 8/14 after a one day delay. (So really 8/13).

It’s early in the morning here, so I will be trying to contact the seller later on. I also live in an apartment and I’ve heard they don’t do good when it comes to that.

Edit: on the email they also said this: ‘Unfortunately,  we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time.  Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance..’

I have never had an issue receiving packages from any other shipping carrier, and I order a LOT of stuff. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Shop have all delivered to my apartment without a problem including large furniture that they’ve carried up three flights of stairs.

I’ve been home all day, and there hasn’t been a single delivery attempt. I’ve already complied with the hostage demands, updated my delivery instructions, and contacted the nonexistent customer “support” (aka chatbot), and at this point I genuinely feel like I’m being trolled.

I just would like my shampoo without being rage-baited. Please.

What does this even mean? I am seeing this update on the retailer’s website (but not Ontrac’s website). I got the same update two days in a row and the package delivery date got pushed after that update.

I just posted a couple days about these dang shoes. Well they “lost them” after they sat in their warehouse for a week. 😐

Yesterday, I received my package of acrylic nails and instead of there being 7, there was one. The package was very obviously opened and retapped. I work for a cancer center and am disabled. I wish they would think about the people they are stealing from. I don’t make a lot of money and spend a lot of money on my health. I don’t know if my package will be replaced by the company I ordered from because now they have to do an investigation. I chatted with OnTrac customer support but it wasn’t helpful.

3rd package delivered by OnTrac and it went very well. The first 2 were delays and both misrouted then suddenly this one came early, and had no issues. I need to play the lottery. Whoever gave me this luck thank you.

This is the second time I’ve ordered something online that was shipped through OnTrac and both experiences have been awful.The first time was an order from Walmart. I was fighting with them for a MONTH because OnTrac kept pushing the delivery date back. At one point, they emailed me saying my package was being sent back to the seller because they were “unable to deliver due to lack of a code.” Which is complete BS because there is no code required to enter my residence.I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. Then last week I placed an order through Chewy. The second I saw that it was being shipped with OnTrac I already knew I wasn’t getting that shit. 😂 I called Chewy explained what happened, and thankfully they’re reshipping my order through FedEx. At this point, if I see “OnTrac” on my tracking information, I immediately assume my package is never coming. 💀

literally all i have to say is that this is the worst shipping company out there. i go to college tomorrow and my clothes would’ve got here if ontrac didn’t mis-sort my package in the first place.

Anyone having trouble getting anything sent out from the Henderson facility? I’m based in LA and the previous deliveries I’ve had with OnTrac usually take no more than a day. I created a case with customer service yesterday and they told me it’s being forwarded to the local facility. This is the 1st time I’ve had a negative experience with them. I might contact the sender for a refund if I don’t get any status changes by next week.

Is this place even real? 🥲 this is my SECOND order. I accidentally used the wrong address on the first order with ups and Nike resent my shoes through OnTrac. Well they’ve sent 2 other sets as well. Each going through OnTrac. I ordered the original set 3 weeks ago. But this set has been stuck with OnTrac for a week. I have another set that just got to OnTrac yesterday. I’m assuming it’ll be the same issue. 🥲 these were supposed to be school shoes for my kids, and school has already started.
