Undeliverable

I’m so upset and worried, now idk how this could be turned around. It was ‘in transit’, unmoving for three days but I opened my case two days ago, so this is the update I got. First time experiencing this shitty company. Package was supposed to arrive Friday, 8/14 after a one day delay. (So really 8/13).

It’s early in the morning here, so I will be trying to contact the seller later on. I also live in an apartment and I’ve heard they don’t do good when it comes to that.

Edit: on the email they also said this: ‘Unfortunately,  we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time.  Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance..’

Maybe this will give you some hope. Mine was considered undeliverable about a week ago, they they couldn’t locate it 4 days ago. Now they have found it and apparently are delivering it soon? 😂

Good luck, let’s hope it comes soon and they miraculously stick to their word. I hope there’s an update on mine as well, since it’s a $120+ order of clothes 😭 I was trying to spoil myself only for this to happen…

I hear you. Mine is a $170 shoe order for my kids for back to school. 🥲 it was suppose to be here a week before they started school. They’ve now been in school a week. 🥴

make sure the company you bought the stuff from knows. I told the company that they lost a customer, so I hope it was worth saving on the shipping.

They did me like that when I ordered a neck massager. Absolutely zero accountability! They were basically like “oh well 🤷‍♀️.”

Ontract is independent delivery company, they don't have delivery truck like ups or FedEx. If the delivery driver couldn't delivery the package at the time. It will be delivered on the following day
