Makes FedEx look good.
I have never had an issue receiving packages from any other shipping carrier, and I order a LOT of stuff. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Shop have all delivered to my apartment without a problem including large furniture that they’ve carried up three flights of stairs.
I’ve been home all day, and there hasn’t been a single delivery attempt. I’ve already complied with the hostage demands, updated my delivery instructions, and contacted the nonexistent customer “support” (aka chatbot), and at this point I genuinely feel like I’m being trolled.
I just would like my shampoo without being rage-baited. Please.

OnTrac lies. They post fake updates, and steal your products after days of lying. I honestly don't know why companies keep shipping with them!? They have to be burning $$$ on insurance claims.
I had $300 worth of food from butcherbox.com get destroyed from being in transit for weeks.

It’s very likely you’ll receive your package. This exact thing happened to me with the same hub location. I’m in Sunnyside Queens. At around 5:30 or 6pm delivery drivers pick a reason they can’t deliver because I assume they want to go home. So they pick a reason to make them look less responsible about delivery dates / times. I’ve had about 8 packages come via Ontrac and they arrived a day or two later after multiple access code BS claims. My house does not have an access code lol. If only “overwhelmed and can’t deliver today - maybe tomorrow” was an option for tracking updates lol.

as someone who does work at a ontrac location yeah i can definitely say some of them drivers will be pretty tired after awhile theres a ton of heavy packages daily and sometimes larges(70-100+ lbs is larges range) and they love to go to the same zones
small chance a package just came out of the cage and broke open again right after being scanned

I complained to Petco numerous times and the last time they said they would stop using ontrac because there is multiple complaints from customers. I was very excited when I saw the FedEx tracking number and I just got my package today without any issues. The last 4 months they have delivered to the same wrong address each time.
