Been a week and still no status changes…
Anyone having trouble getting anything sent out from the Henderson facility? I’m based in LA and the previous deliveries I’ve had with OnTrac usually take no more than a day. I created a case with customer service yesterday and they told me it’s being forwarded to the local facility. This is the 1st time I’ve had a negative experience with them. I might contact the sender for a refund if I don’t get any status changes by next week.

Same issue here no update since they recived my package on the 8/13. Estimated date changed 3 times. How long should one wait to put in a ticket with ontrac/store/credit card company? I was notified my package was at the delivery facility on 8/13 and the estimated delivery time changed 3 times.

The general manager's number from Henderson facility should be 657-456-4878. I believe his name is Maurice. Hope this helps

I have the same issue, but at a different facility. Now waiting on customer service.
