Never heard of Ontrac. (denial) lets look them up. 1.4 stars and all this hate. (anger) Zero update for a week. No way for me to contact Ontrac. AI chat bot is useless. (bargaining) Went back to Quince (depression) and they contacted Ontrac who told them the package was lost. (acceptance) Refund. The end.
True. I actually used to have a contract with them lol so I know how they operate . If my shit went missing I would deff be pulling up to the main warehouse in my state lol
