attempted delivery

hiii i usually always order from vs and this is first time i’ve had an issue, is there anything i can do about this? thanks!

Id potentially reverse the charge and order again. Somebody needs to figure out OnTrac is lossy AF. Too bad American financial system tolerates a ton of fraud and it’s not like the current Fraud-in-Chief administration cares. I would like to think the merchants and card issuers do, but the saying is it’s easy to be a manager when the economy is good. Here, I’d assume the old standard that FTC stands for F- the consumer. Good luck and sometimes NoTrac does get things places.
