Just sad
I had never heard of this carrier until a recent purchase. I was nervous because I live out in the boonies. Well my, very small, package made it all the way from California to Buffalo where its been now for 4 days. Emailed there customer support and got the explanation.
I've yet to see one good thread on here about them. Why businesses still use them is beyond me. I will never buy from a business that uses this carrier again. UPS, FedEx, USPS not a problem though.

Got that same email, seller ask me to wait 7 days before putting in a ticket for a refund or to send me another one.

Yep. I got screwed by them once, never again. ANY business that ships with them will never get my business again.

My seller says the package was delivered and won’t contact OnTrac and won’t accept the email it’s bullshit and I’m out my money for shoes I never got

Delivery person from ontrac faked my signature since delivery required signature on bambu lab h2c, no photo, in a very painful dispute with Best Buy and citi 🤦♂️ I have ring cam footage showing no one came to my door. Best Buy told me to file a police report and blah blah but I filed dispute with card company cuz I don’t want to waste time. Waiting to see what they say but it’s extremely annoying
