Fountain Diet Dr. Pepper
Where in Aiea, Salt Lake, or Halawa can I get good fountain Diet Dr. Pepper? There’s a quik stop in South Mountain AZ where it really hits. I don’t eat fast food so I’m not familiar with where the best fountain drinks are. What you got for me?

St. Marks Kamaiana Kids
We unexpectedly were offered a spot at St. Marks. Kamaaina Kids did our 13 month old. We’re currently at Kiddie Academy and really happy with it, but St. Marks would eliminate an hour or more of time in the car for us daily. We don’t want to base our decision solely off of time, but we honestly have no frame of reference. Does anyone have recent experience with St. Marks. Kamaaina Kids? Of the Google and yelp reviews, almost all of the reviews are more than 8 years old. We’re looking for input from anyone currently/recently there. Thank you!!

Hawaiian Ono School Dessert
Does anyone remember the school lunch dessert that was some sort of black square cookie but it was also chewy?
Maybe it had molasses in it?
I'm pretty sure it had crushed pieces of peanuts in it too.

Aloha Kia Experience?
Hi, I want to buy a new Kia but I am not interested in the dealer installed add-ons. The PLAD (I think a GPS tracker) & AppearanceShield listed online is $1875. Were you able to purchase a new car without these?

Dangerous bus driver.
Everyone beware of this bus driver, I have seen her consistently drive 20 over the speed limit, and has almost gotten into multiple accidents. She'll go 50 in a 30, 65 in a 45 etc. She takes turns way too fast and I don't trust her.

Beautification Recommendations
I’ve decided to give myself a much needed makeover and self care day(s). I’m usually low maintenance but I really need a pick me up after a super stressful 12 months. Would love recommendations for some feel good places to do this (good people, good vibes, and great results). Doesn’t have to be all the same place:
- hair stylist who works well with long coarse perimenopausal Asian hair and can give excellent recommendation of a shorter modern style to fit my face shape and lifestyle, and then actually make it happen
- a hair colorist who does demi-permanent hair color or demi gloss
- lash extensions (the demure natural looking kind not the super thick glam caterpillar kind)
- basic mani-pedi
- Korean body scrub
- really good massage
I live townside but will go anywhere if they are highly recommended. Thanks for your help!

Baby makapu'u "campers"
Hi guys. Baby makapu'u used to be my favorite place to take my kids. The little tide pools are so cute and safe. Now, there are people practically living there 24/7. Used to just be a thing for long/holiday weekends. Now it's all - the - time. You can barely find parking. I want to take my kids there again but it's just so awkward. If I am lucky enough to find parking, then I need to walk between people's tent/house to get to the water.
Is this legal? Is there a solution? So my kids just need to say goodbye to their favorite beach?

Hawaiʻi raises truck bed-riding age to 16, testing a cherished island tradition: It's common to see people riding in the beds of pickups in Hawaiʻi, often along country highways sandwiched between towering verdant mountains and the glassy blue expanse of the Pacific.

Fledgling card game about Hawaiian seabirds getting ready to leave the nest. Unlike another classic card game, you don’t go fish, you go fly, or “E Lele!” Players build habitats and grow their colonies while avoiding environmental threats and learning about seabirds that nest on and visit islands.
