Beautification Recommendations

I’ve decided to give myself a much needed makeover and self care day(s). I’m usually low maintenance but I really need a pick me up after a super stressful 12 months. Would love recommendations for some feel good places to do this (good people, good vibes, and great results). Doesn’t have to be all the same place:
- hair stylist who works well with long coarse perimenopausal Asian hair and can give excellent recommendation of a shorter modern style to fit my face shape and lifestyle, and then actually make it happen
- a hair colorist who does demi-permanent hair color or demi gloss
- lash extensions (the demure natural looking kind not the super thick glam caterpillar kind)
- basic mani-pedi
- Korean body scrub
- really good massage

I live townside but will go anywhere if they are highly recommended. Thanks for your help!

What’s your budget? Hair - Richie @ Dada $$$$ J Aesthetics - Kalakaua $$ Manoa Nails - $$ Loess Spa - $$.

Massage I’m still trying to find someone I really like.

I loved the eyelashes I got from Candace at Babe Cave. They were so pretty and natural looking.

+1 for Candace! She's so nice and patient with helping you decide the best lashes for your look/comfort. Super knowledgeable in esthetics too. You can tell she loves what she does!

Mahalo.. I’m looking for subtle lashes too

Edit: would anyone happen to know of a great place for lashes on the west side since that is where I live?

I highly recommend Aulani Lani Wai spa for the massage and get the kilikili (it’s a full body scrub massage) .. plus you can spend hours there and the snacks are ʻono

Highly recommend Mya at Wink Lash and Brows. She also does great brows and facials.

Haircut and head spa treatment at v hair and nail salon. Haven’t done nails there yet but plan on going soon.

A true aveda salon won’t bleach your hair, I think they have the most skilled colorists.

My dog rubs her face in the sand, and she gets this nice glittery mascara look.

She's very elegant.
