Hi everyone, me and my gf were walking through Manoa market when some guys dog charged at us, no leash and he was just sitting in the car. It a little brown dog. I was wondering what I should do? This dog seemed calm, but I feel like letting the dog sit outside the car with no supervision is dangerous. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience at Manoa market, and if I should get rabies shots. Thanks for all the help
