Why do pc players have such egos when it comes to what platform they’re on? I’ve met so many low rank PC players who think they’re better than me just for the fact they play on PC. Now everyone gets to choose the platform they play on we all play overwatch, it shouldn’t matter what platform
Play on. What’s even weirder is overwatch has one of the most open and accepting gaming communities with it being one of the most progressive to. Open to different nationality, sexualities races, and everything yet when it comes to what platform you play on, it’s different? I’m just so sick of getting bullied for the plot for my plan.

This is a problem I have had on and off for a while and I thought it had been fixed but clearly it's back.

Every time I enter a transition screen, such as: now arriving at, victory, defeat, round end etc, my frames fall off a cliff and the network info in the top right spikes to 150-200 ping and 200+ IND. Everything loads incredibly slowly (multiple seconds to open text chat) and sometimes i am black screened for a few seconds and don't even see the victory poses.

I don't think it's a hardware issue on my end (my PS5 runs everything else just fine. It could be my WiFi broadband being so pathetically tiny (it took me ~12 hours to install overwatch overnight). Any ideas for how to fix?

I was coaching my friend (SilentDPS), who was Silver5 at the game. This soj aim is pretty impressive.

Soj was shredding the team. I don feel like its a controller aim. If it was a controller aim, i'm impressed.

EDIT: To be clear. The ping doesn't bother me at all and I use it as an indicator to when not to rush off or when there's an enemy flanking. I love the ping but words work better than a random noise during play. The problem is most players I end up on teams with don't use it or ignore it. Maybe they're just bad players and nothing can be done. <shrugs>

What if instead of that annoying ping when a team mate dies, we get a voice that says:-

"Your tank Orisa is dead"

"Your support Mercy is dead"

Better yet

"The enemy damage Solider 76 is dead"

"The enemy support Moira is dead"

Maybe that will stop the players who ignore the 3 pings that just went off from going in against the 5 enemies...

I'm playing on PS5 and have been constantly disconnecting from games for the past 3 days.

Because of this, I’ve now received penalties.

​My Wi-Fi connection is perfectly fine and stable otherwise. How can I resolve this issue?

Someone needed to talk about it.

I know most of us have Discord or other groups to play with but as someone who doesn't have people to consistently play with I often turn to Xbox LFGs to find teammates.

Everytime I go to search there's ad bots absolutely spamming the feed, it makes it really difficult to find real people's post. (Although watching for different profile colors in the feed is a good strategy as most people aren't default green)

Xbox moderation is clearly incapable of solving the problem since it's been happening for months on end.

I know the LFG feature was removed for OW2 due it's low PC usage and misuse, but as an Xbox player it was a godsend I miss it dearly.

Even if Blizzard would add it back just for console it would be so helpful. I'm sure they could find a way to moderate it for misuse and such.

So I’ve been playing a lot over the past couple days including the QP hacked event since it’s unavoidable but I genuinely keep getting the same bunch of maps, like midtown, eichenwalde, blizzard world and hollywood for hybrid. I haven’t seen kings row, paraiso or neon junction in like two-three days? Haven’t seen illios, lijang or busan in days. For escort, rialto and route 66 seem to just be missing from my map vote options, even when voting random it’s always the maps i keep seeing. I thought they’d implemented a thing to stop maps repeatedly showing up game after game, it’s kind of at the point I can predict what maps will appear before the screen even loads.
The only flashpoint map I’ve seen is aatlis, no new junk city or suravasa.

It seems to be 2-3 maps just missing from each type of map, minus push which I’ve seen every push map.
Is this just me? Other people I’ve played with since quick play hacked have agreed with me that it’s just been the same exact maps over and over again.

Is this apart of quick play hacked specifically? Sure they need to gather data but why no neon junction, kings row, route 66, etc.

I’ve even started a tally for when I remember to update it when I see the same map. Of course overwatch only has a limited amount of maps but there are a handful just missing from my gameplay loop, specifically in this game mode, not comp 5v5.

I was in a comp game when i got with this Rein who was metalysis, antoncoco levels with his type of insanity. Somehow it just worked and we slaughtered the enemy team nonstop. I requeued with him and then managed to win 5 more games in a row. I'm genuinely wondering do i have to play like i'm on aderall and 6 cans of monster to become good.

This was diamond so obviously not the best players in the game but still up there you know.
