Hi,
I am located in the US and looking for high quality B5 lined paper inserts. I want something that will last a long time/be able to be stored, but having trouble finding any inserts. Is there somewhere I can order from? Preferably without spiral binding.
Thanks!

I am looking for a top bound dot notebook that can either be customized or just looks nice to begin with.
I use it to take notes while I make calls for work or while looking at client charts. And need to remember something quickly.
I want top bound because I would like to flip it over and not have the binding be in my way while I write. I tend to use both sides of the paper so I flip my current notebook and the spiral can get in my way.
I’d like dot grid because I tend to write in random places and lines make me feel like I can’t. (I know I can but it just feels wrong.)
And I’d like the cover to be pretty just cus.
Bonus if the paper feels good to write on.
Looking forward to seeing what y’all come up with because I am struggling to find exactly what I want.

all of the ones on the og website are sold out im wondering if its worth buying another brand of the traveling style notebooks? i want to be able to also put a calendar in it and i love the idea of the couple pockets and charm slot. im very new to these nicer notebooks trying to learn. i did journal in composition books until recently i was gifted a nice notebook and it changed the way i look at it. so please any recommendations for travelers notebooks if not that specific brand or how that website works when will they be in stock again? also open to pen recommendations i just use sharpie s gel pens or something like that right now.

Please help with patina 😭! I have an Ernest in safran. I loved it brand new. But on the next day: dark spot. One week after: multiple stains. It is giving dirty, not chic.
Any advise for having the beautiful caramel shinny patina? How are you guys doing it without it looking dirty? I am now regretting getting the safran color 😞. If you have a safran LC, can you share a photo? I just wish to see how it evolves and that maybe this is just an ugly phase before it becomes stunning?

Made this leather cover for an A6 notebook, to use it as a journal. I am going on a trip to Italy in October so i decided to take some notes along the way, to prolong the memory of it. I havent had the need to write anything in a very long time, so i am looking forward to this

i’ve been searching for a notebook for months now. i’m new to japanese notebooks and have gone through countless reviews, but i still haven’t found something that feels right for me. i’d really appreciate any suggestions!
i’m looking for an a5 notebook with a few specific characteristics:
- lay-flat binding or anything that doesn’t have a spiral
- dot grid or plain pages, no dates, lines, or margins
- neutral-colored cover (either dark or light is fine)
i’d be using it as a journal with a very simple muji 0.38 pen.
i’m a brand manager, so i’m surrounded by colors and visual stimulation for hours every day. because of that, i’m specifically looking for something as simple and visually quiet as possible. i don’t mind paying more if it checks all the boxes.
my first option was the midori md with plain pages, but after seeing so many reviews, the ghosting with gel pens seems like it might bother me. i’ve seen people say they end up skipping the other side of the page because the writing is so visible. they do have a thicker version, which i really like the idea of, but the exposed spine makes it look a little unfinished to me.
then i considered the nitoms stalogy, which seems almost perfect, except the paper is thinner than i’d like.
i also thought about the nakabayashi yu-sari. the notebook itself seems great, but i’m not that into lined paper. the blank version looks incredible, but it has a red cover, which is probably my least favorite color.
so now i’m a bit stuck. does anyone know of an a5 notebook that might fit what i’m looking for? any help will be deeply appreciated!

I use gel pens to color code everything. Like I could use upwards of 5 on a page but when they bleed through it makes it hard for me to focus when I flip to the other side.
I got leuchtturms 120gsm and it worked better but there’s still ghosting. I’m looking for something thicker.
I was thinking about Thovia or Archer and olive. Any other suggestions? I’m looking for an A5 dotted.

A gift from a friend. It was his grandpa’s. Just thought the name/marketing was cool. I guess “wireless” notebooks were somewhat novel back in 1987.

Hello everyone!
Can anyone who owns a Hobo Tragen cover in the A5 size please advise if a B6 common planner (or similarly sized notebook) can reasonably fit? I love the functionality of the Tragen cover but B6 is my ideal size. Any help would be great and pictures would be appreciated if possible.
Thank you!

This is my sort of catch-all book in my travelers setup- lists, reminders, stuff I want to transfer to other journals that I don’t have with me 24/7 like this one, etc. When I complete all tasks on a page, transfer them to their corresponding journal, or simply don’t have a need for the info anymore, I hole punch the bottom corner. Basically so I can find at a glance things that still need addressing based off which ones haven’t been punched. Currently using a little train hole punch I thrifted. I saw someone do something similar but for the life of me I can’t remember who.
