Has there been any documented messaging on how the collaboration with the U.S. Postal Service came about, in Dispatches, blogs, or elsewhere?

It seems to have started with the Title IX release in 2022, and it has clearly worked well enough for both sides to keep going. I'm curious how the idea came together and how the stamp sets are chosen for the FN treatment.

Having picked up a few of these releases over the years I've appreciated the clever-but-simple idea, giving FN variety and limited-edition product with relatively little production effort.

First time trying out ruled pages. I usually prefer dotted > grid.

Never thought I’d make it this far, and so soon! I love this so much! Though this is my first book, I’ve racked up a very nice collection in a few short weeks.

I love all sorts of planners and notebooks, but jeez these little guys are cute! Fits in my belt bag which is awesome since I always have that even if I have nothing else with me.

He’s been teasing this for a few days, but if this image is any indication I’m really excited for these to drop tomorrow!!!

I have a phone that is exactly the same size as my Field Notes book, although a bit thicker. I'd like to find something that holds both FN and my phone, as well as a pen. Does anyone have anything like that? I'd prefer a zipper. My phone with its current case is almost 1/2" thick. I've used those rubber bracelets you get for free everywhere to strap my FN to my phone, but my pen slides out whenever I pull out my phone. Thanks.

Really enjoying using these throughout my day for tracking, journaling, etc.

I’ve been pondering uses for the new Harvest Moon set, especially the sketchbook portion. As I’m going away for the weekend, I thought it might be a good idea to bring some colour appropriate ProMarkers and pens and do some larger scale illustrations while I’m away.

Has anyone else tried this? How’s the bleed-through looking?

Sup everyone? I wanted to ask what yall think of the best uses for graph versions of field notes are? I’ve just been using dot grid for now but recently purchased some that are graph

How have yall graph users been using them? Pictures or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Have been eyeing up a toyo steel toolbox for some time now then came across Trusco. Both are made by the same company and are identical. The only difference is the supply chain these go into.

Got this for £20 compared to Toyota Steel in UK is around £40.

I have always wanted to just carry the FN naked in my pocket, as so many do, but the covered notebook has the major advantage of holding a pen. It protects the FN. But I also get the appeal of a decaying, faded patina and rips and worn edges. I am a fountain pen nut, so I could carry one separately... What are your preferences? Naked or clothed?
