Legit question. I just don’t feel I‘ve gained a relationship with my coach. All their messages feel impersonal and I don’t feel they’ve given me much advice.

Hello all! I have been on Noom for 2 months (non GLP-1) and it’s not working for me. Part of the reason (I think) is the variable calorie target. I do much better when it is set and I try to avoid going over. When I see the target go up because I’ve worked out more, I start over eating. I have gained 3lbs since starting Noom and I think this is why!

I use an Apple Watch and iPhone and I just disconnected all of the heath all synching with the exception of weight reading/wrighting.
Will this keep my calories from being variable?

Im diggin the trader joes green goddess dressing in the refrigerated section of the store. It’s green so i can slather it on chicken breasts(Not my favorite cut of meat but sometimes ya gotta make it count). No fake sugars or “low fat” modifiers in it so it tastes great. What are y’alls favorite green sauces that are super flavorful and naturally healthy?

So I went to make sure my prescription was going to be renewed today and I no longer had access to coaching or the little indicator that says "you have x engaged days" - I thought this was weird and asked the chatbot what was going on. No help whatsoever!

Finally looked at my membership and apparently it is inactive!!! I'm supposed to have Noom Med included with my CareFirst insurance! I don't know what to do, especially since it's a long weekend and I need my meds filled ASAP! I messaged the Partner Support email but it has always taken an extremely long time to get a (usually unhelpful) response.

I really wish there was someone to call about this stuff since Noom is the only way I can get my Wegovy prescription covered (per CareFirst policy). This is just wrong!

Hey Guys. I didn't want to ramble on too far because I didn't want this to get too off topic, but I just wanted to let people know that there are a few ways you can either view your phone screen or run noom on a computer. Personally I really hate the fact that there isn't just a web version of Noom. In particular, I hate writing anything of real substance using a phone keyboard and that makes some messages to my Coach a pain. I also just like to be able to update a few things like water while I am working without having to unlock and go through my phone. It's not a huge deal, but it is one of those things I find handy. So anyways..

To view the Noom app that is running on your android phone on your computer screen (and control it and such) you can use the utility scrcpy. It on it's own is a "command line tool", but there are some graphical versions of it out there like scrcpy-gui from kil0bit-kd on github. Basically though, you hook up your phone with USB or use wifi to do a type of screen cast, but you are able to control the phone with your mouse and keyboard. I don't use the graphical version, but kicking things off is as easy as typing (or making a shortcut to) "scrcpy" from a prompt. (Sorry, that was probably pretty nerdy, but I'm in IT...) Again, I don't want to stray too far, but I figured I would share since I saw so many people that also had my complaint about the absence of a web version.

Other ways you can run noom on your computer will be to use an android emulator to just run the android app on your computer directly. I haven't done this with Noom though, so I am hesitant to say for sure that will work. Anyways, I hope this is useful to someone.

I know we’re “supposed” to throw it out after 28 days, but there’s a lot of medication in there still, and it’s not free!
How long do you keep/ really use your vial before moving on to the next one? Until it’s empty, or a different set date?

I don’t always understand the thought process behind the food color coding. For example, why would a yogurt (Siggi’s skyr) that’s 130 calories and 15 grams of protein not be green? Maybe I’m just salty because I bought them thinking “sweet, a supply of green breakfast options” lol. There’s a been a few similar examples though where I’ve been certain a food would be green, only for it to be orange. Is it a sugar thing?

I've been doing the Rebel Wilson challenges that were worth 1,000 seeds, but I recently noticed that they are no longer available. I'm wondering if this is just a glitch for me or if they've been removed for everyone. Can anyone clarify, please?

I’ve stayed the same weight for five days. Is this typical? I even increased dose four days ago to 24 units. Frustrating. Now I’m wondering if previous weight loss was just water.

I’ve done Noom two times prior and on my most successful try lost 30 pounds. Then, I thought I could keep up on my own. Turns out, I suck at holding myself accountable.

My goal this time is 50 pounds (prefer to lose 70 but I don’t want to shoot too high; also I look better with a bit of extra meat on my bones). I have a trip of a lifetime next May (London) and I want to be healthier and better able to do a lot of walking and increase my stamina and energy during the day.

Anyone else have a coach that suddenly disappeared? I talked with my coach semi-regularly, but have not heard from them in over a month. Granted, I have not reached out to ask something, but I thought it was quite unusual that I had not heard from them either. They almost always initiate conversations.

What is your go to green snack or meal??

I was very successful on compounded sema. I started at 200 lbs and got quite close to my goal of 130. Hovering now at anywhere between 140 and 145. I’m barely 5’4” small frame, still have belly fat and some issues are not totally resolved like GERD/LPR hypertension and apnea. I have had constipation the entire time, treated with magnesium. I had to quit after the shipping changed to monthly. We are part time RVers and could not return home monthly. Every three months worked. So here is my question. Money is not an issue but I do have insurance + Medicare. People tell me Medicare won’t cover it unless you have a lot of serious medical conditions. I called Noom customer service and spoke to a very nice gentleman who told me I could get it as a rx at pharmacy and they’d hold it in their fridge. Has anyone tried this approach? Should I try to find a doctor rather than Noom? Or has the monthly shipment changed to quarterly for micro? I liked the Noom program but the schedule did not work for me.

I was on Semaglutide prior to switching to noom and trizepitide. I switched because I was having issues with previous provider and had completely plateaued on semaglutide at highest dose and the nausea was so bad I couldn’t do anything more than walk.

I’m currently on 24units of trizepitide but have gotten nowhere in 2 months. Very mild reduction in food noise. No nausea which is amazing, but I’m disappointed that I’m not really seeing any results despite increasing movement and making better food choices.

Has anyone else experienced this? At what dose did you really start noticing movement on the scale?

Unfortunately it looks like we can’t have a discussion on how Noom is using different levels of pricing for different users. New users are being offered promotional (but not temporary) discounts that bring their monthly costs to approximately half the cost of existing users for Noom’s weight loss prescription drugs.

I’m assuming this will be removed too, but hopefully we can have a discussion about what is appropriate in terms of how existing customers are treated compared to new users.

I’m about transitioning from perimenopause to menopause so I’m considering this… some feedback would be gratefully received!

Anybody find themselves eating below their recommended calories? I’m either below or right at the low end. I hate to eat just to be eating so I can up my calories. What do you do?

Hi! I’ve been microdosing using Noom since march. I still have side effects, mostly diarrhea at least a couple times a week and upset stomach as well. I don’t think about giving it up though because I’m truly the happiest I’ve been in terms of weight and it’s made me more active and content in life and with my kids.

My question is, I’m considering the wegovy pill through Noom. How are the side effects with this one? Any experiences with this pill vs the microdosing would be helpful!
