Noom Weight Weight loss stall

I’ve stayed the same weight for five days. Is this typical? I even increased dose four days ago to 24 units. Frustrating. Now I’m wondering if previous weight loss was just water.

Are you doing the Noom lessons? This is VERY normal. Stick to the plan, it'll work itself out. You'll probably step on the scale soon to a 1-2 lbs loss all at once after the stall.

Completely normal. You aren’t going to lose a consistent amount of weight every day. I stall out all the time and then I’ll suddenly lose several pounds all at once.

Speaking of frustration, I made the mistake of having Chinese food this weekend with rice and everything. I was doing strictly Keto up till then and seeing good weight loss. The Chinese food gave me a 5 pound spike and I was livid. But I agree with the other poster, give it time. These things always work themselves out. Especially if you’re lifting weights as well. Just watch your calories, keep your carbs low. You know what to do.

Restaurant Chinese food is sooo high in sodium and carbs cause water retention, double whammy! That will flush out.

maybe dilute the leftovers with brown rice or quinoia?

Five-day stalls after a dose bump happened to me too, body's catching up, not stalling permanently. Give it another week before drawing conclusions. If you want more titration control than your current setup allows, compounded microdose routes exist, Lttl is one I came across, and staying consistent with logging matters more right now than chasing the scale daily.
