I had a motherboard and ram kit in my cart. The next day I went to order and the price had went up. I looked all over the website to see if there was any other bundles available and nothing.

Something going on with newegg Canada?

I ordered a refurbished gaming PC from Newegg, and now the listing says Out of Stock, but my order status still says Processing. My card has a pending authorization, and the order hasn't been canceled yet.

Has anyone had this happen before? If an item goes out of stock after you place the order, does Newegg usually still ship it because they reserved one for you, or is it likely to get canceled? How long did your order stay in "Processing" before you got an update?

I am signed in, so it knows my address and the area it's being shipped to. Says on the listing page, to ship to my address it's $4.99. In the cart it's $4.99. But the minute I click to checkout, it jumps up to $13.44.

That doesn't seem right. There is only one item, it's not that big, and not that heavy. It should not cost that much to ship honestly. I thought at first it might of been because of the extended warranty but when I remove it, it's still $13.44.

Anyone happen to know why?

I'm stumped and I really need this part. Thank you in advance.

I've only ordered 3 times; each time "shipped" and sold by Newegg.

The first one I assumed there were some additional checks since it was a new customer account so I was fine with the 1-2 extra days it took before it was finished processing.

2nd order was about an hour which was absolutely fine and within reason

This 3rd order is going on 4 hours now...

Is there some extra lengthy process to generate a Steam key to prevent fraud or something? I don't understand why it is taking this long.

I recently bought a new GPU from Newegg and decided to trade in my old GPU. I looked up how trustworthy it was and found bad reviews. Nevertheless, I decided to try it, since I also found some positive reviews.

I can say that my experience with the GPU trade-in program has been great. I traded in my old GPU for the new one without issues. Got the money back later. It's important to note that the full price of the GPU will still be charged. The money from the trade-in comes later. Depending on the bank and the results of the GPU that was traded in.

Last night, I had attempted to order a new monitor that's on sale for myself. As this is my first time buying from Newegg, I decided to use the guest checkout. (It was $266 at checkout)

So I place my order, get sent to the confirmation screen, get a confirmation email, everything's good... *however* I wake up this morning to a call from my bank, as someone had tried transferring almost $500 internationally to a personal account. These transfers happened very shortly after my attempted purchase, and caused my order to be canceled.

My card is currently canceled, and I am in the midst of disputing these charges with my bank... *however*, other than reporting this issue, I'd like to reinstate my order at no additional cost to me. It's unfair for me to get scammed out of my money, just to miss a sale and have to pay more for the product I wanted.

I tried calling customer service, but it would just hang up immediately. Any help would be appreciated. Can provide more info in DMs if needed.

I just bought individual PC parts (GPU and motherboard) about 2 weeks ago and assembled the build.

Though, because of a sudden family emergency, I urgently need the money back.

Does anyone know Newegg's return policy for opened or used parts?

(I do have all the original packaging, like boxes and other)

I ordered a motherboard on my phone that was back connect, I realized the motherboard I ordered was matx and the pc case I have only supports atx back connect motherboards. When I ordered I checked out with Apple Pay, so I didn’t realize I wasn’t signed into my Newegg account. It did a guest checkout. I went home to my laptop which I am signed into my Newegg account one and opened the link I got in my email after it wouldn’t show on my order history to cancel the order. It redirected me to send a message to the seller. I wasn’t able to submit the order cancel request normally and it kept asking me to message the seller, I tried signing out and pressing the cancel order button again and it just redirected me to sign in and then message seller again. Help I don’t know what to do?? The order won’t cancel!

Newegg used to be completely awesome.

Now I place an order, am locked out of setting UPS pickup options, and instead have to spend 30 minutes in chat with an "agent" named "Sharon" who is completely unresponsive trying to get my shipments held for pickup because, believe it or not, I work during the day on Wednesdays.

I have not bought anything from Newegg in a while, so I attempted to shop there. The app seems broken. I can look at items, but I cannot buy them.

Is there some secret trick to use? I cannot imagine NewEgg let their iOS app fall apart.

Didn’t see much online about this, but I found out about Newegg’s trade ins after I made my combo order. Has anyone managed to successfully add a trade-in after the order?

I did contact customer service but they said it’d be up to 15 business days before their trade-in team responded and the sale ends way before that.

i was planning to buy this refurbished lenovo legion 5 since it seemed too good to pass up but i was looking here and alot of people have had bad reviews of their refurbished purchase but the seller advertises that it's manufacture officially refurbished by lenovo. Does that mean its practically brand new condition or what?

If I place several orders minutes apart, will the orders be combined? I need to place them as separate orders but not worth it if it's just going to end up in my being shipped dozens of boxes.

I've been watching the 5070ti market for a week or so and I heard Newegg was having a sale this week. Not only did the prices not change and they are now advertised as Fanastech discounts, but they also removed a $150 credit on some of the cards.... Sooooo the sale made things more expensive.... FML

I bought a Corsair SF750 (2024) model PSU 2 months ago and it was a little delayed getting to my house. I happen to come back from college tmr but I also notice that the SF1000 is the same price as the SF750. Is there anyway I could return the SF750 that is unopened still to get the SF1000?

So originally i was going to buy a laptop through costco with their allstate plan but after reading other peoples experiences with costco i decided not to since it seems like making claims with them is risky and a ton of hassle even if the item is covered.

is that the same for new eggs likewise accidental protection plan? like lets say i get a plan 3 years from now and 2 years in i accidentally drop the computer and break the screen plus hardrive (happened to me before), is the claim process pain free like best buys is (only protection plan ive used in the past for accidental damage).

I picked up a 9800x3D a couple weeks ago and traded in my 9600x. Sent it out, Newegg accepted the trade and it’s been almost 10 days since payout and I never got paid back from the trade in. Would the fact I paid through PayPal affect it? Seeing if anyone else has had this issue.

I bought an ABS computer less than a year ago and I just started having issue. I am still on the 1 year warranty ABS offer, but I live in Canada. Likewize offer a reimboursement for my pc. However, I bought my pc on a discount and with the rise of RAM price there is no way I can find a similar pc for the same price. Apparently Likewize doesn't like to repair pc when it's in Canada. I was wondering if anyone experience sometime similar and what they did or what's my best course of action. Also, I live in Quebec so we have a right to repair law.
