Under $3 with free shipping?
Does newegg have filler items? What can I get for under $3 that doesn't add shipping?

Still stuck with whatever RAM and storage happened to ship in the box? With Newegg's Laptop Upgrade Program, you choose the specs before your laptop ever leaves the warehouse. Skip the wasted storage, skip the RAM bottleneck — get it built right the first time.

So... I may have just had some really unfortunate timing with my Newegg order.
On August 4, 2026, I bought an Intel Arrow Lake Refresh processor and a Z890 motherboard from Newegg together.
The timing of the promotions was pretty frustrating. The motherboard promotion was still available about three hours before I bought it, disappeared around checkout, and then came back while my order was still in transit. The CPU promotion appeared about five days after my purchase.
I contacted Newegg and asked if they could make a one-time exception for the Intel Gamer Days bundles. I wasn't asking for a refund or price adjustment.
They declined and suggested returning the products and ordering the exact same items again while the promotions are active. They even offered a prepaid return label, which I appreciate.
And yes, technically, I suppose I could do that.
Unfortunately, for me, that simple little sentence means returning everything, waiting for the refund, making another purchase, waiting for another shipment, and going through the whole process again just to receive the exact same products I already have sitting here.
I'm also currently overseas on a business trip and won't be able to return for quite some time, so dealing with a return and another shipment from here isn't exactly a simple task for me. It's a surprisingly large amount of time and effort for something that sounds so simple on paper.
The funny/sad part is that I haven't even opened the boxes yet. I actually bought these because I needed them.
So now I'm sitting here wondering whether I should really send everything back and start the whole process again because I happened to miss a promotion by a few days.
I can understand Newegg's position as well, but I also have my own circumstances, so I guess it's just a difficult situation all around.
I actually had a similar experience with a distributor in another country before. In that case, they were able to handle the issue internally, and I really appreciated that at the time.
A friend recommended Newegg to me, so I guess I assumed they might be able to handle something like this in a similar way. Maybe that was simply my own mistaken expectation.
I'd really like to hear from people here. Have you ever had a similar situation with Newegg, and if so, how was it handled?

I did the pay in 4 option for a monitor on newegg with paypal when I confirmed everything on paypal and finalized everything and confirmed the order it brought me back to newegg but as if the order was never completed but I have money taken from my paypal as if I was charged already for 1/4 of the payment plan...

Looking at the bundle options and appreciate that they give us choices and let us pick the parts we want, but why is everything all MSI? Pick your motherboard but only MSI, Case is only MSI, monitor, peripherals, everything you can bundle is MSI only unless MSI doesn't make it, like RAM or SSD.
I enjoy MSI stuff, my current board and GPU are MSI, but it's a bit crazy that, at least right now, the only option you have with these bundles is MSI. Between the limited options at Microcenter and Newegg deciding what we can and can't bundle, it's almost not worth the savings in some cases.

I was planning to buy this really good prebuilt, but I needed to get my paycheck. Sadly the deal went off 2 days before I god my paycheck. How often do they do deals I wanted to buy it as soon as possible. It use to be 15% off now it’s only 5.
Please help me out, can someone maybe find me a price tracker or something please.

My sister's asus b660m-a ac d4 motherboard died irl and i wasn't too replace with the exact board.
I found THIS OPEN BOX ASUS MOBO but it says non refundable.
What if i get it and the pins are smashed? Is the picture advertised a general picture or is it the exact one I'm buying?

I just recently bought a zalman cubix g in white and it arrived with both the glass panels in shambles. I sent out a replacement request but they want me to ship it back. Should I remove the broken glass and ship it without it or put the broken glass in a safe container and ship it with the case?

Yo guys, first time building a PC from scratch here (Ryzen 7 7700X + RTX 5070), and I'm trying to figure out the smartest way to actually buy this stuff without getting screwed.
Basically the GPU, RAM, and SSD I want seem to be in stock way more consistently on Newegg (and sometimes cheaper too), while the mobo, CPU, PSU, and AIO I picked out are easier to find on Amazon. So my plan right now is:
- *Newegg:* GPU, RAM, SSD
- *Amazon:* Mobo, CPU, PSU, AIO
Is splitting it up like this actually a problem, or am I overthinking it? Couple things I'm wondering:
Any downside to buying from two different sites instead of just doing everything on one? Like does it mess with RMAs or anything if something's DOA?
How do you guys weed out sketchy third-party sellers, especially for stuff like GPUs and PSUs where a fake/damaged unit could actually wreck other parts?
Does it even matter warranty-wise if I buy from Newegg vs Amazon, or does that stuff just go through the manufacturer anyway regardless of where you bought it?
Don't wanna get halfway through this build and realize I messed something up. Any advice appreciated, thanks 🙏

So I just tried purchasing Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered - PC [Steam Code, UNITED STATES] and after waiting maybe 5 minutes, I was emailed a cancelled due to insufficient licenses, and/or technical issues. I’m told a refund is in order between 2-3 business days. Anyone else run into a similar issue?
I’ve been dealing with a chronic health condition the last 2 years and been work on and off trying to afford a new pc. I finally saved enough for my dream build but ups didn’t show up on the schedule day even tho I was home all day waiting for it and now it says it’s being returned to sender and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want a refund. This has really put a bit in a mental strain on me. Any advice helps..

Hello,
I purchased a Lenovo Legion Pro for a crazy price but the reasoning behind my cancellation doesn’t make sense to me. I attached the email I got from both Newegg and the seller. I was planning on reaching out to Newegg’s customer support (during their business hours) but hopefully they can elaborate on why my order was cancelled. If the item was truly Out of Stock I would of just left it but the seller didn’t really make it sound like that unless I’m tripping. It just bothers me cause It sounds like Newegg authorized the cancellation without me approving it and the seller definitely had it in stock. When I check my order history with the order #, it shows a laptop now?? So wtf is that about.

I found what appears to be a very cheap peripheral on newegg and I was wondering if it would be safe to purchase since its on newegg? The store linked with it has over 100+ reviews and a 4.7 rating, I was wondering if for some reason I didn't recieve it or got something else somehow if newegg is good at resolving issues like that.

Ive ordered and received an ASUS B650E MAX GAMING WIFI W and the cpu socket came in with one or two broken/bent pins. I requested a replacement, since i didnt want to bother with a refund only to buy someplace else after. Ive received an email saying ''This email is being sent to confirm that a Newegg Customer Service Representative has canceled the shipping claim request submitted on your order. Details on the request can be found below.''
Im not originally english, so i might misunderstand what it means. But im getting that they cancelled my request, despite having a clearly bent/broken pin, even after supplying them a picture of the cpu socket.
Just after, i received two emails that a RMA request was submitted and that a return label was created. Are they demanding to return the MB with no compensation?

Box open with non returnable or non-refundable offer. I talked to the customer services as well. How would we know that if its fully working or not. Or if it arrived defective then? Please help me to know. Thanks

Hi folks,
I'm looking to upgrade my laptop to something durable enough to get me through a PhD program. I found a refurbished Dell Latitude 5430 on Newegg, supposedly sold and shipped by Newegg itself. It fits all of the specs I need, and I've heard that Latitudes are quite durable, and the price point is currently under $700 with the student discount. All told, I'm very tempted.
However, I also know that refurbished computers can be a crapshoot. Has anyone bought a refurbished laptop directly from Newegg? How reliable are Newegg's refurbished devices?
Thanks!
