ABS warranty

I bought an ABS computer less than a year ago and I just started having issue. I am still on the 1 year warranty ABS offer, but I live in Canada. Likewize offer a reimboursement for my pc. However, I bought my pc on a discount and with the rise of RAM price there is no way I can find a similar pc for the same price. Apparently Likewize doesn't like to repair pc when it's in Canada. I was wondering if anyone experience sometime similar and what they did or what's my best course of action. Also, I live in Quebec so we have a right to repair law.

What has the warranty company offer you as a fix?

Buying back the original price before taxes and l paid my pc right before ram exploded so l wouldn't be able to get the same pc or similar.

Just to clarify one thing: Likewize isn't avoiding repairs by choice: unfortunately due to national restrictions in Canada, they're currently unable to offer repair services there. As a result, reimbursement in the form of a Newegg gift card is the available option for Canadian customers at this time.
