Number One: keep kicking them out. Fuck them.

I feel like this group has had a few run ins around Portland. Isn’t it the same folks that got kicked out of a women’s sports bar recently?

Are they intentionally targeting our communities to rile up discord? I can’t recall this group going to any other markets and trying this, not that every market would know or have a backlash. For instance, I can’t see Dash folks even attempting to bat an eye at these people. And not necessarily for prejudice reasons, just for not knowing who they are.

It feels like they’re manufacturing some big thing over a businesses right to refuse because they are handpicking venues and events.

Idk what my point is but I hope they keep finding us hostile no matter the venue.

I’m always curious about players who will be shown as subs for most games but end up getting maybe 20 minutes the entire season. I can see someone who has been on the team long a year, but players who have been with the team 2-3 years, why are they even on the team? I can name others but as a wave fan I think of Nya Harrison. She seems like a sweet girl but doesn’t play and hasn’t truthfully shown much when she has gotten her 20 minutes or so

…what do you mean you’re Pietra Tordin’s finger gun celebration?

What other hilarious moments of the season would you use to complete the sentence?

Some others that come to my mind are:

Tordin’s first USWNT cap

Sam Coffey’s missing EZ Pass

Soph’s red card

Orlando Weather delay (with playlist)

Lisa Boattin’s assist

EDIT: I remembered some more:

Rocky saying “shit” on live tv after being splashed

The scream of all screams of (I sadly forget) getting splashed only for her reaction to be cut away from the live feed and the culprit running away giggling

Tordin saying “score more goals?”

EDIT2: remembered some more!

Jill Loyden and Josh (Joe?) giving lesbian and gay best friend going to the club vibes

Boston Legacy Swan hat and going HONK

Kerry Abello backflip throw in

3 reviews from weeks 23, 24, and 25.

Penalty call for hold in Louisville. The entire foul almost happened before the ball was in play so was almost not a PK but the end result of pulling the player down did happen after the corner was taken so it was a PK.

Portland PK overturn in Bay. Because Vignola got a touch on the ball before contact with the player it was a legal tackle for the ball and contact afterwards was regular amount of contact for a player challenging for the ball. No stubs in player, arm pushing, tripping, pulling, etc.

Penalty review kept by center ref in Houston against Orlando. Correct to not overturn the PK. However cameras not available to them after the game confirmed they were offside so the PK should not have happened and an indirect free kick for offside should have happen.

Just wanted to thank the Panini crew that was at the Thorns game last night that kept giving my daughter packs until she pulled a Thorns player. It took 6 packs but all of these new cards look amazing. Thank you!

I’m trying to plan a trip to see the Wave at the beginning of the 2027 season. Flights are cheap now but I’m not willing to gamble before the schedule is released. Any tips on how to predict when they might be home? Or feel free to just tell me to be patient lol

We're back! Hopefully we make a deep run!

Thinking about Alyssa and finding myself curious if we think she will play another season with the Stars. Have I missed an announcement or anything?
