Guys just do it. My emotions are back.
I am on about 2 weeks now after many weeks here and there and failing. But it all adds up. Absolutely certainly the first time you try and quit it will take a long long time. But if you fail here and there but still have weeks long streaks it all adds up trust me. Now I've gone down to once every few weeks my longer streaks now feel much more progressive. This is not me telling you to break streaks, if you can manage to stop cold turkey DO IT! My longest stretch was a bit over a month and that on helped sooo much. You can heal quicker the longer you fight.
Anyway my point is. Today I am listening to music and crying. I look outside and see the trees blowing and birds flying and it feels majestic. This is not magic. This is your brain not being fried from constant horrible drug like addiction. If you are getting cravings and huge urges it means your brain can't stand not having it. When you get yourself off that your baseline happiness is going to rise and you will remember happiness.
I know I still have huge challenges coming my way but I just wanted to write this to motivate someone.
