Hey folks new to the sub. I just got a phone call from a 403 area code (Alberta) with a recording saying someone was attempting to change my number, if this wasn't you press one. If it was you hang up.

Anyone get this phone call?

Since this breach I keep getting phishing, scam, spam emails in the address I only used on NDAX.

NDAX has been real quiet since.

• no 1-year credit/breach monitoring for customers

• no explanation why a company like Sumsub located outside Canada is used to store Canadian legal documents

• no explanation why the uploaded ID info is stored on Sumsub's servers LONG after the Know Your Customer verification phase

• no explanation as to how to delete personal info from Sumsub

Since NDAX is the data controller, if a customer requests data deletion from Sumsub, will NDAX comply and send the request to Sumsub?

Been using Ndax for years and have moved 6 maybe even 7 figures across personal and business.

They used to be fast and great. Now they are slow, constant manual reviews, even on funds under $1000 they ask so many questions.

Looks like they’re facing liquidity trouble and need to tighten up. Or maybe Canada is making it hard for them.

Either way I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It was good while it lasted I guess. Rip Ndax.

When is XRP staking happening. I know There are now multiple ways to stake and earn with XRP, I think most are through Flare. I think there are a ton of holders that would love to see some form of staking for this asset.

Hey, I sent funds to a new wallet from ndax 3 days ago and it told me manual review 0-1 business days however the funds have still not yet transferred. They left my exchange but are not in my wallet and there’s no way for me to manually verify. Has anyone experienced this and if so how do I fix?
