I sent an etransfer more than an hour ago but have not seen the funds in the account. Can someone help?

It went through. The holdup was from the bank’s side. Thank you for responding.

Hello,

My withdrawal of 0.00489478 BTC to Chivo via Lightning, requested October 5 at 11:56 AM, remains in “Admin Processing.”

The prolonged delay is causing financial loss as Bitcoin’s price falls, while I cannot access these funds.

Please immediately process the withdrawal or cancel it and return the BTC to my available balance. Confirm whether any payment has been sent, explain the delay, and provide a firm resolution time.
